Good location for what we were here for.

The house was nice and clean. Once we figured out how to get in and out of the subdivision it was a great location.

Lovely home in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was nice and new! It is a perfect location just off the freeway. The beds were great and plenty of supplies. We will definitely be back!!

Idaho stay

Our stay at this property was great. Enough room for our entire family. My kids loved playing with the toys and foosball table. We had a great time in Idaho, the house was near everything we needed.

Idaho Wedding

We used this house as our base camp for our son’s wedding. The location was perfect for all the planned activities. The house is super clean and comfortable will 100% stay here again.

This home is beautiful, quiet, and has a great location in Meridian. It is spacious and perfect for our group of seven guys. The bunk beds are meant for children, but that was a minor note and did not diminish our enthusiasm for the home.

Great place and great location

House was perfect for a family stay. We had a range of ages and the house suited everyone’s needs. A lack of communication upon check in but was easily sorted out. Could not easily find any check out instructions so did the standard checkout chores. If we need a family base again in the Boise area we will definitely book this propagation.

This house is perfect for a family trip with kids , or just a group of friends. The location is perfect so close to everything , and the Host was great ! 10/10 recommend staying here ! You will not regret it ! 😊

Absolutely Excellent!

This house is in a great location with quick access to essentials and the nearby water park. The property was very clean, well provisioned and extremely comfortable for a large family. Great communication from our host, Josh, topped off a fantastic experience for our vacation. We highly recommend!

Family Fun in Meridian

Awesome house, awesome neighborhood and walking distance to amazing family fun at Wazooz and Roaring Springs. This was a week long family vacation and the house had great amenities including fun games. Hopefully this property will be available next year too. Thanks again.

Very nice house. Games, clean, spacious and the host was helpful. Had everything needed for our trip. Beds were all comfy and everyone had room to spread out. We enjoyed our trip. All the bathrooms had nice towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Food and entertainment were close by.

Great property and location!!!

We enjoyed our stay a lot. It was close to shopping and highway access but also pretty quiet. Both the kids and the adults enjoyed the corn hole, air hockey, and foosball games. There were separate areas, so we were not all in the same place all the time. There was plenty of room for eating and talking. We would certainly stay there again!

House was great. Plenty of space for everyone. Clean quite neighbor hood. The home is stocked well with everything you could need. Location is easy for getting to the freeway and stores. Had a great time!

New, clean and great location

We stayed in the home while we were in Meridian for our son's wedding. The house was in a beautfiul neighborhood with easy acces to shopping very close by. Beds were comfortable, with sleeping space for up to 10 people. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked. Communication with the owner was great. As we were preparing to check in, the VRBO site went down, but we were able to contact the owner directly and were immediately sent the check-in details. I would highly recommend this home for a stay in the Boise/Meridian area.

Friends time off

The house was in a great neighborhood. Overall, we had a great stay, Clean, charming, comfortable and quiet house perfect for our party of 10 ladies! the only suggestion will be to stock more dishes, wine glasses and make sure that the BBQ can be used. We will consider this location again for futures visits to Boise Thank you, Josh, for your consideration at the check in.

Family Thanksgiving weekend

We enjoyed our stay at the house. We had a daughter and her family move to Boise this past summer. All of our family wanted to get together for the holiday. This house was close to their home and it was great to have an extra place to sleep and hang out. Everything was neat and clean when we arrived. I do wish that the owner was better at communicating. I sent a text to him the day before we arrived to see if the house had plenty of blankets because it was going to be cold while we were there. I never got a response back from him. That was frustrating. Overall the house was great. Communication could have been much better.

We enjoyed the home. It was very well supplied. Clean. Easy access to everything in the area. Very nice home. Thank you for sharing it with us! If I had a complaint it would be not knowing that all queen and king beds are upstairs. We didn’t feel comfortable with kids being downstairs and adults being upstairs. So kids slept upstairs with their mom. Not a big deal, but if I had a complaint that would be the only one.

Great location.

I loved the cleanliness and location of the property. It was a great location for our planned activities. Very clean, which is really the most important thing for me. I didn’t receive check in info until 2 hours before check in. Most rentals I’ve been in give info day before. We were traveling from out of town so that would have been nice to know. I even contacted VRBO directly because host didn’t reply to check in messages. Could definitely use more plates, cups, etc for kitchen for larger parties (we had 9 total). Also VRBO listed check out at 11am but owner requested a 10am check out. Overall, great place to stay and hope they are able to keep up with cleanliness.

Great house and location. Would rent again

We had 10 of us (extended family) and this was a great place to stay. Plenty of room and the house is brand new. The beds were very comfortable and bedding and towels and such were nice and clean. Communication with the owner was excellent and he made sure we had everything we needed. We are familiar with the area as we used to live in Meridian near the Village, hence why we weren’t looking to stay in Boise. It is only 1/2 mile from Walmart and less than a mile from the freeway. From this location you can easily get to downtown Boise in minutes or other parts of the Valley. Or for you hamburger fans out there, you can get to In-N-Out in less than 10 minutes 😜 There are parks, restaurants and places for the kids such as Wahooz and Roaring Springs within walking distance. We would definitely stay on this VRBO again. We were all happy with it. The teens and kids with us especially loved the air hockey table and foosball table
