5 minutes from Dollywood, on-site miniature golf, not all 1 bedroom units include a balcony. Minutes from shopping, theaters, outdoor fun like go-carting, riding the coaster, many fine restaurants. If you dont find your dates available let me know and i will see if i can find an alternate time or month to come for a visit.

Cancellation policy if cancelled 16 days before check is refund 100% minus service fees.

Cancellation 1 to 15 days before check in no refund unless you have asked and purchased Vacation Trip Insurance; then if you cancel the refund is 100% minus all service fees. You have to request Trip Insurance prior to 16 days prior to check in. If in doubt i would buy trip insurance.

Person checking in must be at least 21 years old. No exceptions.
