More than exceeds all other places we have stayed on the lake in the past 5 years we have been coming. Location is close to town and not far from either of the 2 local boat ramps as well as marine/gas stations on water. Plenty of things for our young kids to do with sets of steps to make it easier to get in and out of lake for the youngest baby. Most amazing dock, great for all ages. The home itself was perfect fully stocked and very well taken care of, we will for sure be back in the summer months!

Lake Life Close to Town

We were very happy with the location of the house and how flat the property is to the lake. The dock is great. Everything went smoothly as expected.

Just what I needed…

We found the property to be very inviting. Lots of room to spread out. The dock was perfect lots of shade. On a very quiet corner. I did not want to leave.

Beautiful property

Brought my own cornhole game. Used the yard and dock and fire pit every day. Nice quiet road for walks. Town was 4 miles away.

Our family had the best time at this home. We enjoyed every minute. Beautiful home with beautiful relaxing view. Our pups enjoyed it too. Loved the decor, everything we needed was there to have a very relaxing weekend. The hosts were exceptional. They even put Birthday cake in the fridge for my husband’s birthday. It was in the perfect location to make quick trips to dine & get supplies. We rented a pontoon to cruise the lake and had perfect weather to do so. Thank you for letting us stay. We will definitely return for future stays.

Dixie, I spoke to you several times during your stay. I did not receive any phone calls or voicemails regarding having issues with the air. I manage many rentals on the lake and we go above and beyond to ensure our guests are having a great experience. We have had over 50 bookings at this location and never had issues with the HVAC system. Why wouldn’t you guys call me or leave a voicemail to call you back? This was a holiday weekend and every house we manage was booked and we were on call all weekend and near our phones. It’s very disappointing you would leave a one star.

I rented this property for a weeklong getaway, and it was AMAZING! You can't beat this house's location. It was a convenient drive to local stores (Kroger & Publix), and also a short boat ride to our favorite restaurant on the water, The Front Porch. The house itself has three nice-sized bedrooms, and plenty of kitchen and dining room space. The booking and check-in process were seamless, and any questions I had were answered promptly. Overall, a perfect 10 for this vacation! I will definitely be returning in the near future!!

Beautiful view! Very well stocked with anything you might need. Kitchen was great and had everything under the sun including an additional ice maker. We enjoyed our visit so much and would definitely rent again!

The house was extremely comfortable, well laid out, and well equipped. It was loaded with extras for family activities: games, life vests, beach towels, kayaks, tvs in each room and on the dock, large deck which had a child/pet safety guard across the steps, and outstanding dock with swim ladder. The kitchen was exceptional. A full sized gas range, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and all the necessary dishware and utensils were provided. It offered two and a half baths with a laundry room. The view of the lake was excellent. A real plus was the location. It sat just off Hwy 441 a few miles outside of Milledgeville. Restaurants and fast food places were within easy driving distance. GPS pinpointed the house precisely. Even though we were there during a holiday week, boat traffic and neighbors were not an issue. Keyless entrys were a plus. No worries of having to keep up with a key. Covered parking was available. Check in was a breeze. We only noted a few concerns. The home is only accessible by steps. The front doorway was the easiest to navigate, but the pathway to it was paved with uneven flagstone, making it difficult to traverse with a cane or rollator. The stairs to the deck doorway and the side door were quite a challenge. The woodwork and yards were in need of some TLC. Several boards needed replacing on the decks and were in need of paint. The front door yard area needed additional lighting. Between the flagstone path and the darkness, it was very problematic for us.
