Great stay! Clean, everything in working order. Very accurate representation on VRBO. Convenient to shops, restaurants and beach! Designated parking was a plus! Great communication with our host. Kitchen lighting could be better, otherwise no issues.

Clean house exactly as advertised! Great backyard for our kids to enjoy! Host and property manager were easy to contact, and replied quickly. Loved the house, and highly recommend it for any families looking for a place close to the beach with a great outdoor space!

Pure family vacation perfection. My kids couldn’t stop talking about the “tree house” place and kept begging to return. Our second time staying at the house did not disappoint. Our host truly went above and beyond when the restaurant valet lost our car key and we realized we were locked out since the house key was attached to the lost car key! Rachelle made a stressful situation feel like a breeze and was so warm and responsive. Thank you for another fantastic stay!

Comfortable house for a family to stay. Close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. Air conditioning worked well during our hot week. On a very busy road but house and backyard weren’t too loud.

We had a wonderful vacation in La Jolla. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved relaxing and playing games in the backyard. We were sad to leave!

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The house was clean and accommodating upon our arrival. We enjoyed the backyard and many toys that it offered. We would love to come and stay again!

Reserved this amazing VRBO for our daughter's graduation from USD and could not have been happier. Check in and check out could not have been easier. The place was immacualte and simple and so very comfortable and so convniently located. Most of our time was spent outdoors enjoying the firepit and many games of cornhole! It is a safe place for little ones to play and adults to enjoy. This beautiful home is just a few short walks from the beach and everything you may need or want. We can't wait to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with our family. It felt like our home away from home!

This is a wonderful La Jolla beach rental, especially for families with kids. We liked that the back yard provides a nice place to transition from a day at the beach--for kids and adults alike. The fact that the host provides beach chairs, sand toys, and a wagon to haul everything to the beach was a huge plus for us. Even though the house is on a busy road, it is set back, so the road noise is only audible from the two front rooms (the living room and the room with twin beds), and it's not too loud. The primary bedroom is off by itself at the very back of the house, with a view to the back yard, if the curtains are open. The house is also within walking distance to some great restaurants. We were glad to have found this place.
