South Congress and the South River City area are the best part of Austin. Under 2 miles to the capital building and you are in a neighborhood setting in the middle of all the fun that South Congress (SOCO) has to offer. WALK EVERYWHERE-restaurants, bars, the stores of SOCO or run/hike on Town Lake.
