Thinks I liked the most.The condo was thoroughly cleaned.The hosts were polite and responsive The beds and pillows were comfortable The patio was surrounded by treesThere were plenty of trees between unitsWe were right on 30A but no street noise.The pool was good size plenty of chairs

Very cute place and very clean. Great location near beach. We loved having the bikes to use as well. We had a few minor issues that are being worked on- washing machine didn’t work - said a part is ordered- so had to go to laundry mat, also water leaking through dining room light fixture. We were told this is a known issue and they are trying to get the HOA to address the leak. The pools were very nice and not crowded. It is a great location to ride bikes to Seaside.

Sister's Trip

The property was beautiful and welcoming. The area was wooded with flowers everywhere and walking paths through the woods. The condo was very clean, a great size for thee or four people. Very short walk to the beach.

Perfect place near beach & Seaside

Stayed here with teens. Short walk to the beach, it’s literally across the road (30A). Also walking distance to a few restaurants & stores, the teens liked being independent. They biked to Seaside. The unit was pretty, spacious, practical and it had everything we needed. The neighborhood is quiet. Management responded quickly to questions. Thank you!

Great Location - So Close to the Beach!

The 6 of us (2 adults, 3 teens the size of adults and 1 child) lived comfortably in this unit for a week. The unit was clean, the master bed was comfortable and there was plenty of closet space to store luggage to get them out of the way. The kitchen was stocked and we were able to cook in the unit almost as if we were home. Beach access was right at the end of the parking lot, making it an easy walk. The kids would run back and forth to the unit to grab lunch so we didn't have to pack up food to bring to the beach. They also loved having shops and an ice cream parlor within a less than 5 minute walk. Bronzini's pizza was a easy dinner solution after a long drive in and MiCasita's taco reminded us of the Mexican restaurants we are accustomed to in the Chicago area. We were also able to walk to get donuts and pick up fresh seafood to cook at home from Goatfeathers. The location was great! The beach was crowded but we never had an issue finding a spot to put up our tent. Renting umbrellas and chairs would be easier but with 6 of us, it's better we use our own stuff. We would definitely consider renting this unit again the next time we head to Seagrove!

Exactly as expected. The house is an end townhouse in a quiet garden setting just minutes from the beach. The house had board games, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas. Everything you would need. The pools and pickleball courts were close, and the bikes were a nice to have. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in this apartment for 9 nights with our family. The location is truly excellent—it is so close to the gorgeous sea, and the beach there is absolutely amazing! Another huge highlight for us and the kids was the beautiful pool area, which we enjoyed very much. And the beds are comfortable. The apartment itself has great potential, but unfortunately, it lacked cleanliness upon arrival. It is definitely in need of a thorough deep cleaning and some basic maintenance. However, after contacting the host, we were able to reach a very fair solution together. Overall, it is a nice apartment with great amenities in a fantastic location, it just needs a more care and upkeep from management.
