Hi Sean, Thank you so much for your feedback and suggestions! We particularly are grateful for your feedback on the outlets and dishwasher. We're definitely sorry about the timeliness of our responses. It's definitely not an excuse, but your reservation was soon after Florida opened back up for rentals following the COVID-19 rental ban, so we were inundated with calls and emails for quite a while during this time period. Sometimes things fall through, and we definitely apologize for not responding to your email in a good amount of time. We certainly hope to accommodate you again, and look forward to it! When you're looking to book your next beach vacation, definitely give us a call so we can find a property that fits your needs the best! See you soon, Benchmark Management

Thank you so much for your feedback. We always aim to resolve any issues with guests as quickly as possible during their stay. We, unfortunately, did not receive any communication about the issues you had. We would have sent maintenance out for the bathtub issue. The wifi for the area is spotty. There is only one tower for all of the guests on 30a to use. When there are a lot of people, the internet tends to move slow or become non-exstienced. We would love for you to give us another chance to provide you with a great beach vacation. Sincerely, Benchmark Management

April, Thank you for your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay! In the future, we would be more than happy to assist you with booking a property with gulf-front access, if you like! Sincerely, Benchmark Management

Corine, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are so sorry to hear that your stay didn't go perfectly, but we did try our best to fix these issues as soon as they were reported. Maintenance does make it from one location to the next as fast as they can, so they typically are unable to call before arriving at the property but they do not enter the unit without consent or announcing themselves first. We are always more than happy to send cleaners or maintenance out to address any problems you may experience once we are made aware. We are very appreciative of our maintenance crew! They are always very quick to respond and will do everything in their power to correct any problems. We do hope that you'll give us another chance in the future for a better experience! Thank you, Benchmark Management.
