The house was exactly as advertised and was clean when we arrived. The accommodations were great. I was a little disappointed that there were no paddle boards or kayaks to get into the water, that would have been a fun time. The pool was perfect and next time I will know to bring floats and a volleyball net. With all that being said I would recommend this property and would go back.

Stayed 3 nights, AC was cold. We loved the pool and the fishing pier, it was a fun family time and plan and doing it again.

The host was very responsive! Awesome pool! The house has 3 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dining room, amd living room upstairs. There's a balcony upstairs in the front and back of the house. A covered back porch. Then downstairs it has a game room with a mini kitchen, bed, bathroom, and a couple of small sofas. An outdoor shower by the pool. The house is on a canal off Chocolate Bay on the far west end of the island. Quick drive to Terramar beach and down to San Luis Pass too. Found great seashells at both places! Takes just under 30 mins to get down to Galveston seawall for some yummy seafood!

The house was perfect for our families with kids. So much to do with it being on the canal, having a pool, and arcade games. Beach access is super close. All the kitchen necessities are provided and plenty of them. We had 7 adults and 6 kids and we had more than enough room for everyone.

Satisfied first time

First time ever to rent anything other than a hotel and enjoyed it! Rented a weekend getaway for the family and couldn't have had a better time. Very peaceful place to get some much needed R&R. Definitely looking forward to our next getaway....

Great time

Our overall stay was wonderful. The communication with the property owner was spectacular! We had two littles (1.5 & 3) that loved having a pool to swim. My husband, brother & dad enjoyed crabbing and fishing from the boat dock all hours.

Family fun

Pool was a perfect fit for kids. They loved the game room too. Having 2 living areas was great. Used the washer and dryer also. Very quiet neighborhood.

Great location.

Russell was great!! Communication was amazing! There were a few spots that appeared to not be too clean, but nothing we couldn’t pick up ourselves! Pool was beautiful!

Friends away

There is literally nothing you will have to worry about on your stay here. The home is fully equipped with all of your basic needs. You just need to pack your clothes, along with our bathing suits, food and drinks.

Wonderful!

We really enjoyed our stay! This place was perfect for all 12 of us. The pool was a huge hit! The kids loved swimming and did it most of the time. We loved being able to fish off the boat dock. Most of all we loved the top deck, sitting outside at night watching the fish go to the green light in the water acrtogether watching the fish go to the green light

The house hadn’t been cleaned & the photos online had to be over 10 years old. There was only window a/c units, it was musty & moldy smelling. The toilet was OFF and sitting across the bathroom….with nasty, dirty towels all over.Outside was beautiful & just like the pics - except the deck which wasn’t in great shape.We did not stay here. The management company put us in a nicer, newer house but it didn’t have a pool, firepit, and was not on the water.

Fun hangout spaces and fishing!

Fun house, lots of hangout space for the family! Game room downstairs with Bathroom and kitchen, very handy for hanging out and fishing. Upstairs screened in porch with access to upstairs outdoor deck. Also a fire pit downstairs! Great spaces! Bring shampoo and soap !
