Everything was great! My only complaint was that the mosquitos tore me up BAD! But it had rained a lot that week so to be expected. The beds were super comfy and views were perfection! Def a property for hosting a large family! Would stay again and have already referred friends to rent here!

5 stars, hands down!We had an amazing weekend at this home, and I can’t recommend it enough. The property is beautiful, and the waterfront setting made the whole stay feel like a true getaway. The deck views were incredible, and the pool was a highlight for everyone. The home itself was beautiful, comfortable, stylish, and exactly what we hoped for. The host was also wonderful. They were responsive and helpful from the moment we booked through checkout, which made everything easy and stress-free.We’ll definitely be back and would book this home again in a heartbeat. If you’re on the fence, book it!

House was awesome! Hard to find a nice clean house that’s pet friendly plus a pool. This one is all of those! Host was very responsive and helpful. We’ll be back.

The property was clean and well maintained. We had a little trouble finding the control panel for the hot tub in the pool. The pool was very small but the kids enjoyed it! The host was very helpful.

Loved the house, loved the location, LOVED the Host! Communication and check ins with/from the Host was amazing.Only draw back was the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat on the 2nd floor, but otherwise, amazing trip.

Great location. House is cool. Ac not going below 70 should be said up front. Between july and September should be flexible. Be better to get everything i asked for. I always always always pick a place that has a Jacuzzi tub for my wife. This one wasnt working and i dont want to be bothered with repair men. I would imagine a small refund would be in order but guess not.

Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to share your review. We have had past guests set the thermostat to 65 or lower and from experience this can cause the AC unit to freeze. For this reason we made the decision to set a lock at 70. You reached out saying that the breaker tripped on the jacuzzi tub and then said that you resolved the issue. You asked that we not send someone until after your stay. We sincerely apologize for the issue and are working to ensure this does not happen again.

We loved the property. We went as a family of 10, We had 5 kids and they lived in the pool all day and everyone fished at night. It was perfect. Actually you have 4 bedroom its just that the bottom floor they cant count as bedroom but there is a bath, bedroom with 5 beds and open to the outdoor pool as a kitchenet with a fridge. It was perfect!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We are planning on making this an annual vacation in honor of my late husband. Awesome!!!Thank you,Debbie

Great stay!

Our stay in Jamaica Beach was absolutely fantastic. The accommodations were top notch. We rented a golf cart which made beach trips and driving over to the nearby coffee shop a dream.

The property was beautiful. Easy access to the canals. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy the patio. The views were amazing as well as the pool. It made for an easy in vacation.

The house itself was so beautiful, it was so spacious and almost like a maze how you could access the rooms in many different ways. The bottom bay area was huge and had TV, outdoor bar and many sitting areas. We would definitely come back!

Very nice family home. Kitchen well stocked and small pool was a very cozy beautiful spot for family fun. Will definitely book this home again. Communication was quick and easy. So glad stay was easy and effortless.

The house was perfect for my family! Loved the location! Perfect for fishing at the home and short drive to the beach for fun with kiddos. Kitchen was great for family dinners, beds comfy, nice neighbors and close enough to enjoy the sights in Galveston. I would book again and again!!

Great home and responsive staff

The home was clean and everything we wanted/needed. With damage from the hurricane to surrounding areas and rain every day, the pool and dock became the highlight of the trip, and we were very grateful for the staff. Would go again, hopefully with better weather conditions

Great

We had a great time! It was a great location and the management company was fantastic. Only negative was the Sonos system didn’t work - not a huge deal, but we planned to connect for music outside.

Mother’s Day getaway

All around 5 stars from communication, quick responses and the all inclusives to ease of checking in and out. Our family had a such a great time fishing and swimming in the heated pool and grilling outside there was no need to leave the property on our weekend getaway. The guide book was essential to being prepared; only bringing extra necessities we had all we needed.I’d recommend this property and would book it again. We did take advantage of the Mother’s Day special that was offered which was a perk in choosing this property.

Great Stay!We had a great stay at this property. The pool was a lot of fun and perfect for relaxing. We also enjoyed fishing off the dock—caught a few mud cats, but nothing else. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind. We rented a golf cart and spent time at the beach, which made the trip even better. Would definitely recommend for a laid-back getaway. Did some surf fishing but no luck. Also highly recommend Captain Matt with 3G fishing Charters, went on a shark hunt and found them.

Property was definitely large enough for our family to enjoy. There were issues with the cleanliness upon arrival. We were unable to utilize the pool and spa as it was not clean and on and off controlled by a locked box. Upstairs bedroom had a major leak from the a/c. If repairs are made to property, I would love to stay again.Felt like we did not get what we paid for this time around

Thank you for your stay and for sharing your review. We genuinely appreciate your feedback. We apologize for any confusion but the the panel to the pool is not locked. There is a separate panel near the pool that is locked. But the pool and spa controls are fully accessible to guests. We would have been happy to send our pool cleaners again so we apologize also we were not aware of any debris that were in the pool. We have since sent our maintenance to check on any leaks that may have been caused by the A/C- it is working properly with no leaks.

Nice Location, But Photos Are Misleading

This house was in a great location with easy beach access. However it was nowhere as pristine and nice as the photos would lead you to believe. We had to do quite a bit of cleaning upon arrival including picking up candy bar wrappers and cheerios off of the floor. The rugs were old and dirty and need to be replaced. Many of the kitchen items were dirty. The kids bedroom on the first floor and the adjoining room especially look nothing like the pictures and could use a thorough deep clean. The covered pool was nice especially with all of the resent rain but it is very small. More of a sit a relax pool and not a jump in and splash around because they'll be more water on the patio than in the pool. The outside patio and deck furniture was dirty and it looks like the house has never been power washed. Be sure to bring your own water sports equipment (paddle boards, kayaks, etc.) because the owner does not permit use of the items there. Master suite was nice but door to the balcony upstairs was broken and had a keep out sign. Would have been nice to sit out there and take in the views. Overall, this house is not at all worth the price but could be a gem with some major maintenance and updates/upgrades.

My family is still talking about our vacation! The house is absolutely beautiful, super convenient to the beach (less than 5 min drive), in a quaint neighborhood that sits on a beautiful bay that is picturesque and quiet! The pool is great for kiddos, relaxing, but not very big. We would love to stay here again!!! We wish the check in/check out times were more reasonable, and providing some recreational equipment would definitely make the value better. But all in all definitely on our return list!!!
