Spacious new barndominium sitting on 15 acres of scenic farmland, located 15 miles from downtown Guntersville. 5 miles from public boat ramp, ‘The Ponderosa’ is the perfect spot to watch the sunset and unwind after a successful day duck hunting or bass fishing on beautiful Lake Guntersville. ‘The Ponderosa’ has a rustic and cozy feel with two bedrooms, one bath, comfortably sleeping up to 7 people. The primary has a Queen and a twin, and connects to the bathroom with a standup shower, toilet, and sink. The secondary has two full beds. The open living room is the perfect place to unwind and watch the game on the big screen tv while relaxing on the reclining sofa or leather recliner. Long wood table can sit up to 10 people. Kitchen features a large sink, refrigerator, air fryer, and Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy a night out at The City Harbor, with lots of food, drink, and shopping options, featuring local musicians and beautiful lake views.

This was a great pet-friendly property for our fishing trip! Plenty of room to park our 2 boats. We enjoyed the proximity to the boat ramp and Publix supermarket for dinners to go. Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed staying here so much! Our host was very kind and helpful, and the property was beautiful and spacious. Indoor and outdoor area for time with family was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. :)

We had a wonderful stay here. The cabin was as advertised. I wish we would have had time to stay longer and visit the lake etc..

I enjoyed my stay at this location. As a frequent traveler, I was surprised by the lack of kitchen capability; no stove, no eating utensils (plates, bowls, cookware,etc).The living space was beautiful and comfortable; the owners were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I was told the kitchen was in the planning stages and should be available soon. I would return to this location with complete confidence.

Super sweet hosts!

Stayed here over a weekend with some friends and we had a great time! It was super clean and the hosts were very sweet and checked up on us that we had everything we needed, would stay here again if I'm in the area.

Awesome place a long as your not wanting waterfront. It's out of the way so very quiet area. We've stayed 3 times now during the big bass

Host was very fast with responses it was an amazing quiet little house, any questions we had they helped up checkin was easy loved it!! Will definitely stay again.
