Enjoy a stress-free group getaway when you book this spacious home! Perfect for a reunion or a multi-family retreat, this vacation rental features 4 bedrooms, office/study, 3 full bathrooms, and 4,200 square feet of interior space. It also has plenty of outdoor space with a large covered porch and swimming pool. Enjoy a mini hike through 35 beautiful acres, including the on-site vineyard. Whip up the perfect meal for the crew in the fully equipped kitchen before heading out to explore all that Redding has to offer.
We have a large venue on site where we have hosted corporate retreats, church and youth group functions. Ask for additional details regarding event fee's and cost.
For you animal lovers we do have horses that you are allowed to pet and feed and a couple of strictly outdoor cats on the property as well,

Perfect place for a large group. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen. Pool was great it the hot weather. Air conditioning kept the house cool. Farm animals were a highlight for us. Chris was generous to let us feed the horses, donkey. Chris was Very responsive. Cats were super friendly. Very quiet area at the end of a farm road but only 10 minute drive to abundant shopping & restaurants.

The host was very responsive to questions. There are animals on site (two friendly outdoor cats, a couple of horses, donkey, and two mini horses). Very spacious and great for groups! The property so was pretty and serene

Family Unity

Great place! Family loved everything about the house plenty of room, great outdoor gathering area. Kitchen great for entertaining, restaurants and water pressure are great

Beautiful property

Perfect spot for our cycling team to relax/eat/sleep after long hours in the saddle. Highly recommend!

This property was ideal for us location wise to the waterslides only about 15 minutes. Our whole family came down 18 and plenty of room for us to all that being said that was the good part as far as the cleanliness of the property they lack a lot, but good on the floors outside is dirty around the pool as goat, heads and debris and trash inside the house the floors were poorly swept, and spiderwebs were throughout kitchen itself is fairly limited stocking for 18 people. There was not enough forks to eat, even though there is enough seating in the outdoor area. There were several metal chairs that were broken and still there they should’ve been removed around the pool same many of the lounge chairs around the pool were broken or important condition and should’ve been removed the pool. The pool was done and warm and clean. There’s no instruction booklet or anything in the property to give you my gift had questions to help you from needing to call the host. The downstairs shower by the back door leaks water on the floor and that bathroom door has a Jenga lock on it needs to be upgraded.

Lovely property

The property and location of the house are lovely! The host was easy to communicate with and responded to our questions. The house comfortably fit 14 of us and there was plenty of space to relax and hang out.

It has everything!

Beautiful house, loved the kitchen with all you need to make your meals. Very roomy bedrooms and comfy beds. Air-conditioning works great. Came with friends and family for a long weekend vacation spent on Lake Shasta. We all would come back again. Highly recommend!

Pros: pool was clean with seating and umbrellas; beautiful house with lots of space for all 13 of us; lovely landscape; responsive host. Cons: There is some cleaning (bathrooms) and maintenance (such as broken outdoor seating) that could be improved. Renters should also know that there is no longer a pond, the vineyard/winery is not open, and there are amazingly friendly outdoor animals (dog and cats) that like to interact with renters.

Overall, our stay was ok. A few important things that weren’t disclosed before we got there: the owner has cats that they leave outside during your stay, however, there is cat hair all over the inside of the house. This was problematic as we had people with cat allergies (the kids enjoyed the cats and they’re quite friendly, at least). Also, the fully stocked pond that’s advertised in the ad is completely dried up. We booked this place partly because we wanted to fish. Finally, the gas grill wasn’t working because the propane tank was missing a gasket. We had to buy a new propane tank to use the grill. If you’re looking for a large place and don’t have issues with pet hair/dander, this would be a good fit for you. There are also tons of appliances and dishes you can use.

We had a group of 15. Plenty of room for all of us.Property was OK but not maintained well (weeds, need of paint etc.)Pool was fine. Weeds growing on concrete around pool.Nice shaded patio.Spacious kitchen.Overall, well worth the cost.We had a great time,
