This was a great place to stay! I will certainly come here again if I have guests in town. If I had to complain, I would say I wish I could find some bedding for the pullout couch. Otherwise, great, and quick to respond host.

Very clean, very cute. Easy check in. It would be nice to have tv’s in the bedrooms and a mirror in the extra bedroom to help get ready in mornings. I would definitely recommend.

We had a good experience here. Everything was clean and well prepared for us. The kitchen had all we needed and more. The donuts delivered on our last morning was a nice treat.

Read other reviews on the mildew smell and don't let the pictures on VRBO influence your decision. The interior has been updated and decorated pretty nice, but like other reviews the musty/mildew smell is there from the time you enter to the time you leave. The house is located on a very narrow one-way street with parking on the opposite side, your alternative is parking around the corner in front of an abandoned house that sits next door. The outside of the house has no appeal at all. The grass looked like it had not been cut in over a month which seems to be par for the neighborhood. The positive, it's a 9-minute drive to Buffalo Trace, which is why I booked it, but would choose 2 rooms at the Holiday Inn or Hampton Inn the next trip down!!!

Hello Amerigo! I’m so sorry your stay was unpleasant. When you arrived we had just come off of 10 days of rain, hence why all the neighbors yards were a tad high as well. Not sure what the fix for that would have been. :). We did mow the grass the day of your arrival shortly after you checked in. The house has been getting a musty smell due to all of the rain lately and not sure what’s happening there but we do have it slated to be looked at. We have no leaks and a dry crawlspace. We will work on that. Our listing states it’s a one way street and your welcome messages showed where to park. We do hope you still managed to have fun on your trip! Take care.

Lovely home which is bigger than it looks from the outside! Very nicely appointed and clean. Great host communication.Being so close to the capitol and the downtown was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice place near Capitol

We loved our quick stay here. We were in Frankfort to visit the State Capitol, so it was super convenient. Everything about the house was as described in the listing, all very clean and comfortable.

Everything we needed Beds were very comfy and I loved all the birds in the AM. Neighbor across the street gave us local tips.

The property was nice for what we paid. Parking is limited to the front or around the corner. The space, furnishings and appliances were good for what we were wanting and was nice for our stay. The property manager went and bought a wood burning grill as one shown in pictures was no longer there. We enjoyed our stay at this property.

Cute house in great location

This house is in a cute historic neighborhood close to the capital. Perfect for morning and evening walks. Less than 10 minutes to Buffalo Trace distillery. House was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
