Central to all the places we wanted to see and great food options in walking distance. Wonderful spot that we wouldn't hesitate to stay in again.

Great Location

Very nice stay, location was fantastic for fireworks and very close to Buffalo Trace and the downtown bars and restaurants, highly recommended!

We loved our stay in this quiet neighborhood with gorgeous views of Frankfort. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed breakfast on the back deck. While the hill might seem steep, it’s only a half mile walk to downtown. Cove Spring and Salato Wildlife are a short drive away for a quick dip in nature. Completely Kentucky is a must stop for folk art to take home!

Perfect home for touring the Buffalo Trace and the bourbon trail. Warm & cozy with great views of the Capital, river and surrounding area. Great communication. Owner made it a very easy trip 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Bourbon Trail

We needed a base to do some of the famous bourbon trail and this property was just so charming! A perfect location and was comfortable, clean and welcoming. We will be back!

This was the cutest little bungalow. So spacious and tons of charm and character. The decor was so cute and everything was so well stocked! Plenty of kitchen items, extra blankets, etc. we loved that it was in walking distance to some really great restaurants and shops! So much natural light. Bathroom updated and the beds were very comfortable. It was the perfect getaway spot! Highly recommend!! The check-in and checkout process was so easy!

Excellent location. The house was very central and we could walk to dinner. I was a little disappointed in the utensils in the kitchen but on the last day, I noticed all of it was in the dishwasher and just had not been emptied.

Family Bonding

This Capital vista retreat was the perfect spot for a family getaway. The kitchen was wonderfully appointed with everything one would want to cook and entertain. I love to cook, especially on a gas range, and thoroughly enjoyed cooking meals for the family while they visited. The home is a perfect location for downtown exploring and day trips to Red River Gorge and Horseback riding. Comfort, convenience and great views!!

Quite, beautiful views, charming accommodations. Loved settling on the front screened porch and back deck, beds were very comfortable, has everything you need while away from home. This was the first time I rented a place to stay, other than just getting a hotel room. Great communications with owners. Genevieve

Convenient to downtown Frankfort shops and restaurants and distilleries. Lovely older home that’s clean and very quiet. We can’t say enough about the owners! They were so attentive and helpful from beginning to the end of our visit!
