Clean and comfortable, perfect for our weekend in Providence. Off street parking made this very accessible, close to restaurants and sites.

Overall this is a clean and pleasant place to stay. Parking is great and it’s within easy walking distance of all the Italian food you could want in Federal Hill. It’s a bit far for walking downtown or to Brown/College Hill but doable. It is sparsely outfitted and some of the furniture and rugs are a bit old but the beds were comfortable, and the sheets were nice.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet at night. We walked from the place to some of the Federal Hill bars/restaurants on Broadway and surrounding areas, took about 10 min. We also caught a bus about 10min walk away from the property that got us downtown in another 10 minutes. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was extremely clean & comfortable! We were on floor 2, so the only downside was the neighbors upstairs had lots of feet running around but it still didn’t keep us up, but this is out of our hostess control. Walkable area to downtown. Would definitely recommend the stay :)

Easy Peezy!

Great middle ground spot to explore the surrounding area. Loved having a dedicated place to park. Apartment was very clean, well appointed, and owner is extremely helpful and quick to respond.

Immaculate with everything needed for the stay. Wonderful to have a jug of cold water available in the fridge. Appreciated the warning from the owner regarding the steep steps up to the third floor apartment.

Enjoyed our stay! Travelled with my two teenage daughters so everyone having their own spaces (of equal size/comfortableness) was great. Walkable to quite a few coffee shops/bakeries and restaurants, but was also glad we had a car to be able to explore other neighborhoods!

Overall the apartment was great. The rooms were spacious and clean, there were plenty of amenities and the location was good and with in walking distance to Atwell Street on Federal Hill. The owners were easy to work with and check in and check out went smoothly and the parking was good as well. My only complaint was that when I first booked the room the mark on the map is a few blocks east of the actual location of the unit which is a better location for the area and when I got the actual room info I realized the location was not as good as what I originally hoped for. Overall everything was great but I was disappointed by the difference in location. Even with the location issue the stay was great and I would recommend staying here!
