This house looks brand new or hardly lived in. There is an elevator and 4 levels. It is really pretty. Very spacious!! The garage can fit around 6 cars? It's huge. I order food beforehand and that was a seamless process. NXT were available via text and responded very quickly. It is located right in a busy popular area so it's fun to have a gated house to pull right into while everyone else searches for parking. Sunsets every night, lots of eateries right there. Just so fun! I am hoping one of our kids goes to college in SD so I can return. :)

Luxury by the sea

The location is great and the house is spectacular! We really enjoyed our stay! It is easy to walk to restaurants and stores. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in La Jolla!

Fabulous property inside and out. Love the elevator to help with bags, groceries and especially for my mom who is handicapped. Location is fantastic. It felt very private inside and out even though it’s in a prime location with lots of people and activities.

Perfect Winter Get-away

Tons of room for everyone in our family. Beautiful home that was comfortable and inviting. Spent hours on the two decks enjoying the fantastic view and just a 5 minute walk to fabulous restaurants.

Beautiful home, great location, friendly staff

We spent a week here with family and friends and the home and staff exceeded expectations! Views are perfect, home is well done, team was super helpful when I needed anything. We will be back.

Perfect stay

The location was perfect and within walking distance from great restaurants and within good driving distance from local attractions. There were plenty of bathrooms in the house, everything was clean and spotless. The views of the ocean were amazing. The host was an excellent communicator and they made sure we were well prepared for our stay. I would highly recommend this to any group staying in La Jolla.

Lovely Lajolla Stay

Gorgeous multilevel waterfront with perfect views, excellent location and fabulous modern layout and furnishings. Wouldn’t hesitate to spend a week. Awesome find. Thank you !

Host was excellent. So happy he showed us the path to Prospect St. Saved us alot of time!! House was absolutely beautiful. Only complaint was could not get water hot on third floor. I know it takes longer but left faucet on for a long time and all I could get was luke warm water.

Wonderful house in a great location

We had a wonderful 4 night visit in early May. The house is close to restaurants and has wonderful views of the ocean from both decks. The elevator made staying in a 4-story house effortless even for a couple of older folks! Alessandro with NXT was very helpful during check-in and texted to see if we needed anything during the stay. Thanks Alessandro!

The luxury house did not meet the standard for luxury.Not enough supplies; did not clean the missing necessary kitchen items thoroughly, given the size of the property.The patio view is excellent, but the furniture is difficult to use due to moisture and cleanliness issues. The utensils were very cheap and rusty. Did not get what I paid for, other than the location.

The house was exceptional! Location could not have been better, spacious, and the NXT vacation team was extremely accommodating. You can literally hear the seals from the cove from the balcony. It is a joy waking up to the views each morning and I think every room in the house has an ocean view. Pretty amazing use of space! Only note - the house could have been better equipped, particularly the kitchen. Plenty of silverware, but no measuring cups, few spatulas, etc.. Most of the cabinets in the beautiful kitchen are just empty. If you don't plan to do much cooking, won't be an issue. We did and certainly had to get a bit creative. Not a deal breaker, but for a house this large and stunning, would have like to see it be a bit better appointed. Overall, the stay was fantastic and would absolutely look to stay here again.

STUNNING Property!!!

La Jolla Cove did not disappoint! It truly exceeded all of our expectations. It began with great communication from time of booking to the moment we arrived. We were met by Alessandro who welcomed us & managed a seamless check-in process. Throughout our stay Alessandro & his team were incredibly accommodating & attentive. The property is beautifully designed with the perfect blend of modern elegance & beach chic cozy. The open floor plan on the 2nd floor was super spacious & because of all the floor to ceiling windows we had breathtaking views of the water & enjoyed amazing natural light throughout the day. Every detail seemed thoughtfully curated from the bedding to the fully-equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi and elevator. The standout feature was the view from every room and every deck in the house. Location is everything, and this property could not be anymore ideally located. On the drive back to Los Angeles we were looking at dates to rent La Jolla Cove again before the end of the year! That is how much we loved it!

We recently stayed at this La Jolla property and have mixed feelings about our experience. On the positive side, the views from the home are absolutely stunning, and the property manager was very responsive; when we discovered the water heaters weren't working and we had no hot water, they had a team out to fix the issue within 24 hours.However, there were several drawbacks considering the premium price paid for this rental. The outdoor deck floors and furniture were covered in bird droppings that required me to scrub off and clearly had not been cleaned prior to our arrival (they were dried on and been there awhile). Furthermore, the outdoor air smelled terribly of bird guano. Before booking, I specifically asked the property manager if this was an issue here because I knew it could be a problem near La Jolla Cove, and I was assured they had never received feedback about it. Unfortunately, it was an issue during our stay.Additionally, the house was minimally stocked. For the price, we expected basic amenities, but we were left short with only one roll of paper towels, four dishwasher pods, no napkins, no aluminum foil, no board games, and no beach umbrella.While the view is beautiful, it is very convenient to the Village, and the management team is quick to handle indoor maintenance, the outdoor conditions made the decks unusable for us. I would not recommend renting this property in the summer if you plan to spend a lot of time enjoying the outdoor spaces.
