What we enjoy most is the convenience: you can be at the beach in under 10 minutes, grab a coffee or cocktail nearby, or explore the vibrant arts, dining, and shopping scenes. At the same time, the property sits in a safe, quiet area where you can relax, recharge, and feel like a local.
It’s the kind of neighborhood where mornings start with sunshine and tropical breezes, and evenings end with a short ride to Las Olas or the waterfront for a night out.
