Tucked away in the quiet and scenic west end of Panama City Beach, this beachfront condo at Pinnacle Port boasts views of the Gulf of Mexico on one side and lovely Lake Powell on the other. This is a place for days spent lounging in white sand and riding bikes through the neighboring communities of 30A.

Pinnacle Port is a private, gated, Gulf-front resort bordering Camp Helen State Park, Lake Powell (Florida's largest coastal dune lake), the emerald Gulf, and the sugar sand of Carillon Beach. The grounds are fantastic, offering an indoor/outdoor pool, a hot tub, saunas, tennis and basketball courts, a boat ramp, boat slips, and playgrounds for the kids. You'll be less than three miles from the start of Highway 30A in Inlet Beach and eight miles up the coast from Pier Park.

Begin each morning with a cup of coffee on your third-floor balcony, basking in the warm sea breeze as you take in the view. After a day of swimming in the Gulf or fishing in Lake Powell, this is a lovely spot to return to at sunset with a tropical cocktail in hand.

Inside, this two-story condo is modern and polished, with central air conditioning running throughout. Enjoy an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a comfortable living room with a TV, and TVs in both bedrooms as well. Complimentary WiFi and a private washer/dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
