This beautiful beachfront property was in a very convenient location. Within walking distance to a few stores and restaurants. The room was nice. We liked that the bunk area had its own bathroom in the area, however we did find a little roach in the sink one night. The view from the balcony was perfect. The kitchen was pretty well stocked with cookware. My only real complaint was partially my own fault for booking with a 30 story building on a holiday weekend, but I do feel as many elevators as the building has, it could have been better: the day we checked out, a lot of people were also leaving, and being on the 15th floor, it took us an hour and a half to get an elevator down. That was pretty wild. But overall, it was a great stay and we would likely stay again in a non peak season.

Great view! Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes every time for an elevator. Everything was ok until the last morning we woke up and found a cockroach in our shower. I tore all of our luggage apart and made sure we were not carrying any of those little critters home with us! There is a lot of to do’s for this resort that made me nervous we would miss something. I do recommend printing your emails and taking it with you as some checkout things was changed in a email I got the day before we left which I missed because it was not in the first one and the last thing I am doing on vacation is check my emails.

Tidewater

Our condo was absolutely beautiful with breath taking views. Our host was very prompt with any questions we had. The elevators were the only downfall. We had to wait forever every time we went anywhere. On a positive note we got a LOT of exercise! We did talk to a few owners of condos at the Tidewater and they said the elevators were being completely redone, so hopefully this will help guests in the future!

Beautiful view! Elevators were working faster this time, and beach wasn’t as crowded. The umbrella and beach chair rental that came with our unit were perfect as well! We love PCB/Tidewater and that’s probably why this made trip # 6 for returning to PCB at Tidewater!! Thank you for a nice stay!

The floors in this unit 1509 were filthy. You could not walk across the floor without getting your feet black. The furniture was worn out. The springs on the couch and loveseat were in bad shape. The master bath shower faucet was broken. The curtains in the living room were impossible to shut or open all the way. The entire unit needed a good cleaning. The only thing good about it was the view.

Your maintenance request for the shower faucet was responded to immediately and fixed. None of these other items were communicated to our team during your stay, and we inspected this condo prior to check-in to ensure it was clean. This condo consistently receives great reviews with positive comments on cleanliness. We're glad you enjoyed the view and hope you had a great vacation.

Had the best week celebrating my daughter’s birthday at the beach! The condo was clean, so cute and in my opinion, in the perfect location on front beach road. Can’t wait to come back next year!
