WHAT TO KNOW:

*On-site parking is available for a maximum of 5 vehicles.

*Abbey Springs charges daily guest passes to use amenities. The pass prices are based on length of stay as well as max occupancy and are included in the fees section of the total reservation cost.

*Please note that the Abbey Springs HOA will not grant extra day passes for additional guests exceeding the legal occupancy of your rental home, which in this case is 12.

*Please note golf cart is available seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Use is not guaranteed outside of these dates. Must be 18 years or older with valid driver's license to operate.

**Please note that after your reservation is confirmed through VRBO, we will send an electronic version of our guest rental agreement. Signing is required to complete your booking and receive check-in instructions.**
