The place is lovely, clean, spacious, has a good layout and is very conveniently located within walking distance to everything. Communication was excellent. We will definitely return and would recommend to others.

We had a lovely stay in Avalon.The house was just described. We went to the beach most days availing of the beach chairs and tags. Location was perfect for walking everywhere.

Location was perfect for the wedding we were attending, and we had plenty of room for all. Very nice townhouse, and hosts are super responsive and accommodating!

This well-stocked townhome was the perfect size and location for our family group of 7 adults. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and boutiques. The host was very responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful stay.

Lovely getaway

Beautiful home in a location that is convenient/walking distance to the Beach and downtown. Great amenities, everything you need during your stay is available in the home. Highly recommend!!

Amazing house! 10/10!

This house was absolutely perfect for our 6 night stay! Katie was a great host and very responsive to any questions we had. The house was very clean and exceeded all of our expectations. The location was perfect. Short, easy walk to the beach, as well as many shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again if we visit Avalon in the future!

Our stay was excellent. The location is perfect- close to downtown, Wawa and just four blocks to the beach. The house is well stocked, but the real winner was the garage with chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, and even a cart to tote your things with. Tops on our list was also the extra garage fridge and freezer. We had an awesome time.

Wedding weekend in Avalon

We rented this home for a long weekend with our family for our nieces wedding. The home was lovely, fully provisioned, and convenient to shops and restaurants in Avalon.

Perfect Location!

Our group had a great time during our stay. The location of this property is perfect with just a short walk to the beach and very close to all of the local restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Katie and Dave were wonderful to work with! We will certainly be back again!

I cannot day enough how wonderful the home was. The photos do not do it justice. Location is perfect - you can walk to everything in town. It is ideal. Also Katie was so responsive and the check in process was so easy. She also gave such detailed information about the house and wonderful suggestions for things to do, restaurants, shopping etc. You cannot go wrong staying here and a wonderful vacation for a family or group of friends.

My family (2 couples in their 30s, a couple early 70s, and a baby) had a delightful 5 night vacation at this property. The location is great- we parked our car in front of the house and did not move it once. We walked everywhere: the life guarded beach (15 to 20 min); the well supplied Avalon Grocery Store (10 min); WaWAs (2 min- great coffee drinks); the Avalon Fish and Produce market (5 min). There were multiple coffee shops, ice cream shops, and restaurants within a few blocks. We only ate out once, at a restaurant called Gully's. We had a fun time there on a Tuesday in early June- not sure of the experience on weekends and peak season. The property was also very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We cooked dinner two nights and had all the supplies we needed. We got take-out the other nights and walked to get the food. The property is on three levels and would not be suitable for people with mobility issues. The top level is a large, bright master suite and was very quiet. The middle level has a decent sized bedroom with three beds. It is quiet except when people gather in the living room. The living room is a great space with a wonderful balcony off of it. You can see the sunset from there although you get a better view from the small parking lot by the bay. The first floor had two bedrooms - one with a queen sized bed and a second one with two beds and a fine terrace. It is truly an exceptional property, and I would be happy to vacation there again.

End of Summer getaway!

We had a great week! The owners were amazing and so easy to contact! The house was beautiful and across the street from the bay. The beach was a short walk, only 3-4 blocks, away. And you are so close to restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping and mini golf! Thank you for a great week!

Great place for a weekend getaway!

Recently stayed at Katie's property and it was everything as described! Great location with gorgeous view, well appointed spaces...everything you could possible need for a welcome stay. Katie was so kind and accommodating of our requests; will be back next year!!!

Autumn Wedding

The location was perfect attended a wedding in Stone Harbor. It was perfect for us and what we needed. We had 3 generations staying in the house and it fit all of our needs. The weather was wonderful for the end of September and made it to the beach every day. The kitchen had all the appliances and utensils needed. They also had beach equipment available to use and the beach access was a few blocks away. Beautiful view of the bay off the deck and lots of amenities to make our stay enjoyable. Playground, golf, stores and groceries were all with in walking distance. Owners were very accommodating.
