BEACHFRONT townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and SPECTACULAR VIEWS! This property is located on Townsends Inlet beach at 79th Street in Sea Isle City.
The two-story unit features a large covered deck on the first floor as well as a NEW DECK in 2024 on the second floor!!! The interior is well-maintained and has an open floor plan. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and TV. The second bedroom is equipped with a full size bed and TV. The third bedroom is equipped with two sets of bunk beds (twin/twin and twin/full futon) and a TV. Enjoy the sunrise and ocean views from this great rental property!

This was our second year at the property, and - once again - the owners, location, and overall experience was amazing. It’s right off the beach, with a great balcony and covered porch. The gas stove in the kitchen made cooking a breeze, the washer/dryer worked great, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Definitely recommend!

The unit was perfect! The property was clean, pet friendly and the views were just beautiful. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a beach front home at a reasonable price. Check in was smooth and the owner was very nice and friendly! The mini vacation was for my Sons wedding at Anthony’s Sea Isle and the location was perfect!

The bottom view was a little obstructed, but the 2nd floor view was absolutely amazing. The house was amazing.The value for the money amazing.And we would definitely be returned customers.Everything was perfect.Thank you so much for having us!

Fun fact: When we purchased the property in 2007, the view from the 1st floor deck was completely unobstructed. The dunes are now a necessary source of protection against Mother Nature.

Our experience was great! The owners were great for communication with booking and the property was lovely! Sitting in the comfortable furniture on the top deck with the view was exactly what we wanted and needed for a quick recharge trip!

This adorable rental was perfect for our family of three and a small yorkie! So close to the beach a 2 1/2 minute walk to the waters edge!!! The views were lovely and listening to the waves while sitting on the deck was amazing. Private dune views from the first floor patio and stunning water views from the 2nd floor patio. Sitting out on the upper deck at night was relaxing listening to the waves!Kitchen had everything you need to cook! We had many wedding events so we didn't cook this weekend. We just had snacks and drinks. Perfect little gem for a family or couple! Easy to get around to Avalon or Sea Isle. I would bring bikes next time!!

The beach view and access were great. The property was pet friendly. Convenient outdoor shower and wash down. This was a great rental. We hope to do it again.

However, when it came time to purchase a shore house for our family, I had my heart set on Sea Isle City, New Jersey because it has so much to offer everyone, from the young to the young at heart;) This Summer of 2026 , we celebrate our 20th Summer season as homeowners in Sea Isle City! Please consider vacationing with us and see why we love our home away from home so much... It is beachfront at its best!

We viewed several properties in Sea Isle City, New Jersey from the bay to the beach, and even considered new construction. When we entered our property, the sights, sounds and smell of this BEACHFRONT property set in the sand immediately relaxed my husband. Much to my surprise (and our realtors too!), we found him settled and enjoying the spectacular views from the comfort of the living room area. When the realtor asked my husband what his thoughts were about the property, he simply responded, 'I can see the tears in my wife's eyes through her sunglasses... this is the property.'
