Enjoy South Florida's most beautiful season in a small, artsy beach town close to the action and culture of West Palm Beach. Only a mile to the ocean, including a quaint boardwalk with parks and fishing pier, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo with a gym and luxury pool sits right in the middle of downtown Lake Worth Beach. Restaurants, live music, culture and arts — including the annual Lake Worth Beach Street Painting Festival — are right outside your front door. Inside, it's peaceful and quiet, with a top floor balcony overlooking the tropical, beautifully-maintained pool and patio.
Relax in recliners, cook gourmet meals with a fully stocked kitchen, and let the sunlight pour in to your peaceful winter retreat. The master bedroom features a king bed and plenty of open space, and the master bath has a double sink, bathtub/shower and additional shower. The second bedroom has a full size Murphy bed that easily pulls down at your convenience. Washer and dryer in the unit.
There is 1 reserved parking space in the garage, along with bike racks.
This is a seasonal rental with a 90 day minimum. All guests will need to complete a background check and HOA application for the season, which we are here to assist you with. This ensures that everyone will feel safe and comfortable in the building. We look forward to hosting you!

We are Josh and Jessie, and we're excited to host you for the winter season. We live in the condo the rest of the year and truly love it. During the winter, we live aboard our beloved sailboat and we'll be nearby in West Palm Beach if you need help with anything. We are excited to share our home, our pool, and our community so that you can enjoy it, too.

Lake Worth Beach is truly a gem. We love walking out our front door and being in the small town action. There are art galleries, a playhouse and indie film movie theater, bars and restaurants with live music. We love having coffee while watching the sunrise on our balcony and taking morning walks to the Intracoastal Waterway, watching the birds and walking along the mangroves. The beach is gorgeous, clean and accessible. On Saturdays, there is a farmer's market with local vendors. We love it here!
