Enjoy the character of Historic South Main Street from this comfortable one-bedroom duplex. The location places shops, restaurants, and St. Charles's cobblestone streets close by while providing a practical home base for weekend, work, and longer stays.

INSIDE THE DUPLEX

• Full bathroom with a walk-in shower
• Full kitchen with an LG stainless-steel gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, and dining space
• In-unit washer and dryer
• High-speed Wi-Fi, central heating, and air conditioning
• Fresh towels plus shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and starter toiletries
• Free driveway and off-street parking, with additional street parking

IMPORTANT POLICIES
• Up to two dogs are permitted. A $100 pet fee per reservation is charged separately within two weeks of arrival.
• Unauthorized pets or unregistered animals may result in a $300 fine.
• No indoor smoking; violations may result in a $250 fine.
• Standard check-in is 4:00 PM and standard check-out is 10:00 AM.
• Approved early check-in is $15 per hour; approved late check-out is $20 per hour. Requests are subject to housekeeping availability.
• Unauthorized late check-out may result in a $50 fee.
• Stays longer than 21 days incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee.
• Returned belongings incur a $25 handling fee plus shipping.

St Charles/St Louis visit

Adorable Place in St Charles

This house was perfect for my husband and me and our little dog while visiting family for a few days. It's super cute and walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants, plus off street parking. And, most importantly (IMO) it was CLEAN! I would definitely stay here again!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Cute one bedroom, clean duplex. Only a couple blocks from old St Charles where there is lots of restaurants on Main Street and like shops. We will be back for sure.

Okay Place for Short Stay

The home was nicely decorated and clean except for a lot of dead bugs in the basement where the washer and drier are located. Very small with minimal supplies and no extras but okay place to stay for a short stay. It was close to downtown which was nice but also a bit noisy at night due to traffic.

This rental was perfect for our needs. My wife and I were stopping through St. Louis on our way to another destination, and were traveling with our two small dogs. We love historic Saint Charles, and decided to book this place right on Main Street. It was just the right size for a short stay, was clean and easy to access, and was in a great spot in proximity to the shops and restaurants in the historic part of town. No complaints!
