The property is small but perfect for a couple and has a beautiful view. We enjoyed leisurely mornings overlooking the water before we started the hustle and bustle of our busy day.

We loved our stay! Comfy bed, awesome to sit on the porch and listen to the birds and watch the fish jumping. Great access to all 4 Shoals cities, ShoalsFest, and Wilson Dam. Great communication with host and easy check-in and out process.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this condo. It was clean, quiet, and private. The owner was communicative and pleasant. There are 16 steps that you must go down to reach the apartment so anyone with mobility issues should know.. Thanks, Corey, for sharing your lovely home

Super cute little condo. We only stayed one night, but it was well worth the price. Clean and very charming. The host was accommodating and responded immediately to our requests. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Thanks for a fun night!

Spectacular view. We loved the wildlife and got to observe three bald eagles in their native environment. It was truly amazing and very peaceful. Highly recommended for a small family or individual stay.

This is a lovely, peaceful property. It was very clean and supplied everything you need to enjoy your stay. The view is so very serene....it is a great place to go to get away from the crazy world. It is also conveniently located to shops, restaurants. The best part is all of the hiking trails in the area....I hiked every day and went to the river for some peace. You can't go wrong staying at Corey's property...very helpful and the communication was perfect. I will stay there again.

Enjoyable stay. We arrived late it was dark and struggled a little to locate the entrance but once we figured it out it was a very comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean. The. swing on the porch overlooking the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. The host was very responsive, and responded to questions quickly. The parking was a bit challenging in our large truck. Overall a very good experience.
