Nice place to stay.

Very clean and convenient to everything. TV reception was spotty. Bed's were ok but good memory foam would be much better.

Very nice condo on Pleasant was perfect for my family. No problem whatsoever with the exception of a sketchy Internet which went down a couple of times and then came back up.

Conway, SC Kiskadee Condo

I loved staying at this property. It was clean and met all my expectations and more. Jaclyn was readily available and super helpful for any questions. One bed is slightly firmer in the master bedroom and the mattress in the other bedroom is softer. I preferred the softer and slept perfectly. There are a minimum number of free tv channels, but I did not watch much tv and chose not to sign on any of my tv accounts. The view is lovely and the parking easy and free. It was conveniently located to shopping and dining. Downtown is so quaint with nice restaurants. I hoped to use the gym but did not end up with time to check it out. I would stay again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend.

the beds were horrible. one bed was hard as cement, the other was lumpy. we were there for 7 days, they supplied 1 bath towel in each room & 1 roll of toilet paper. the back porch/deck was unusable covered in bird poop on the walls, floor & furniture. (unsanitary) for days we emailed, texted & called host multiple times before she got back to us. the condo inside was clean, the main rooms were comfortable, the location was ideal for our needs. as seasoned travelers we adapted & purchased a few beach towels & toilet paper. we would have continued to reuse the site if the beds were better & the bird poop was not there. (she did leave a note that there was cleaning supplies to clean it?!)

I did let the guest know about the nesting birds and to please not disturb them. My cleaning team cleaned the patio that day, it is out of my control how quickly they can mess it up. Previous guests understood the nesting situation. I am installing a screen to solve the nesting issue. It is impossible to make every guest happy with mattress firmness. The guest called 2 times and it was my error that the phone was on silent. Once I saw the call, I got her the towels within 90 minutes. I did not receive any text messages from the guest. This was the first day they arrived. There are two beach towels for guests and other beach supplies. Now I would like to address the condition of the condo when they left. There were dirty dishes in the sink, open food all over the counter, the garbage was not taken out and the beds were not striped. These are all in the rules. I have never had any guest leave the space in such disaray. My cleaning team took pictures and contacted VRBO. I will not rent to them again.

My stay at Jaclyn’s property was absolutely wonderful. Traveling alone, I was looking for a place that felt comfortable, safe, and welcoming, and this home exceeded all of my expectations.Jaclyn was an exceptional host. She was kind, responsive, and always available if I had a question. Her communication was excellent from booking through checkout, which made the entire experience stress-free.The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect—close to everything I wanted to do while still being peaceful and quiet. What stood out most was the care and attention Jaclyn puts into hosting. It’s clear she genuinely wants her guests to have a great experience. I felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed my time there.Thank you, Jaclyn, for making my stay so enjoyable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend your property to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.
