This unique brick loft lies in the heart of the historic commercial district, ten steps off of Bay Street, Downtown Beaufort's historic commercial street. The quaint porch entryway and interior brick walls provide the welcome retreat that makes ‘Oyster Bed’s’ individuality shine. You are one block from the scenic Waterfront Park, restaurants like Plums, Saltus, Breakwater, Q On Bay, Wren, and Hearth and others. Stroll down Bay Street, enjoying the many art galleries for which Beaufort is known or the historic residential district, the Old Point, to see the beautiful antebellum homes. The beach at Hunting Island State Park is about a 15-minuet drive away. Come to Beaufort to relax and un-wind, watch the sun set, and experience why we love Beaufort so much!
Oyster Bed is fully furnished, featuring air conditioning, beautiful hard-wood floors, a 30” flat-screen TV, and high speed internet. The kitchenette has a mini-refrigerator/freezer, coffee-maker, microwave, silverware/dinnerware, and basic kitchen goods.

Neat little place.

Great location. Everything you need to enjoy old town Beaufort. Easy walk to waterfront with cute shops and art galleries. Historic walking, carriage and van tours nearby.

Couple issues

I could not get shower door closed. Needs repair. A new mattress would make the stay much more pleasant! We have stayed here several times. Love this little loft apt. Great location.

Great place, great location. Very clean. It's perfect!

It was perfect my wife and I. Very clean, and easy to access. Instructions are great and the location is absolutely the best in the middle of downtown Beaufort!

Great little place

The property was ideal. Right in middle of historic downtown Beaufort. Plenty of great places to eat. A little market next door. We loved it!!

Perfect location, charming studio!

This was the perfect place for my husband and I to enjoy some R&R. Ashely was easy to work with, and the studio couldn't have been any better. We are already thinking about when we can return!!!

Incredible location

If you and your spouse/partner want to stay downtown Beaufort, this is the place! It's across the street from Old Bull Tavern and only a few steps away from all the downtown shops/restaurants. It is small, however, it was perfect for my wife and me. I highly recommend it :)

Great place to stay

The location is perfect! Previous reviews mentioned loud noises, but that was not the case for me. The apartment was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was just a block away, but shopping, great restaurants and a beautiful waterfront park are steps from the apartment.

Beaufort Studio

Check in process was a breeze, communication with Ashley was so quick. The loft was super clean and so cute, this place took you back in time in a good way. With a quick walk downtown and a neat little bar across the street it made for a convenient and great time. The parking on Scott street was closed but no big deal.

Couples trip

Stayed in Beaufort for a few days heading south. This rental is in a perfect location. Great restaurant across the street & many more around the corner along with lots of shops. Water view is a block & a half walk. The rental is small but big enough for 2 for a few days. We called owning with a connectivity issue he came in a few minutes & all issues resolved.

Lovely small space to stay for two. It was our second time. I wish there was a hairdryer. I didn’t bring mine. Most rentals have them now.

Great apartment!

I really was grateful to have this cool little studio to stay in with short notice to owner. Everything was really perfect, easy parking, and convenient to downtown. Only thing I didnt think about was a towel and shampoo, but that is my own fault! Thanks!

This was the absolute best place to stay for a single or couple. It was a quaint, welcoming loft. The place was clean, and the owner very helpful. It is nice to stay in the middle of such a beautiful town. This place is located across the street from the waterfront. There is a nice coffe shop across the street that I frequented through out my stay. I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be staying here again in the near future.
