Beautiful studio apartment that was perfect for our stay! The arrival instructions were a tad vague but we figured it out. The best place to park is by the pool so that you can access the elevator that drops you out directly in front of the apartment door. The bed was ridiculously comfy and made for a great night’s sleep. Would stay here again!

We are considered senior citizens. We drove for 11 hours to get to this property in order to visit relatives. To stay within length guidelines, we can only summarize the issues and the owner’s response. 1. When we arrived, the refrigerator was off and closet light was out. This was a breaker issue. (The last guest “didn’t mention it.”) We spent the week wondering if it would happen again and spoil food.2. The kitchen sink was dirty. (Blamed on the cleaners.)3. The shower curtain smelled moldy. (Offered to change it, but again, the cleaners’ fault.) We cleaned it.4. The bottom of the tub was uneven, which we discovered was due to a crack through the plastic.5. The host said that a garage was available for our use, but never gave us info despite being asked more than once.6. We wanted to vacuum on our last night. This put the apt in darkness, thanks again to the breaker box.7. Upon arrival home we noticed that all of our clothing and suitcases smelled like a combination of cigarette smoke (or something), and a heavy dose of deodorizer. The overall response from the owner was to accuse us of only seeing the negative, and trying to ruin his business. Once we were driving home, (literally), the owner messaged a weak apology and wants us to try staying in one of his condos again! Seriously? We needed a week of relaxation. This was an absolutely miserable stay. Never again.

It would be great if the shower could have had a grab bar. The tub was very tall and difficult to step over with nothing to hang on to. Appreciated location and accommodations.

Comfy bed, nice coffee pot, nice location, what more do you need for a weekend getaway? We recommend Homegrown for brunch! (Get on their online waitlist)

Excellent

Excellent studio to stay at. The only thing is that it says that the couch is a bed and it is not. Thank goodness it was just my sister and I. There is only one bed and it’s a king size bed. Great location.

Does not sleep 4

Great place. However, it states it sleeps 4, but does not. It has a king bed and a small sofa. The sofa does not pull out or fit a normal sized adult. To be accurate, it really only sleeps 2.

Overall a pleasant stay — the location was great and the property itself was in good shape. My only real issue was with the sleeping capacity listing. The property is listed as sleeping 4, but in reality it has 1 king bed and a small couch that is not a pullout and realistically could only accommodate a small child. If you're traveling as a couple, no problem at all. But if you're planning to bring a family or group of 4, just know the sleeping situation won't work as advertised. There really wouldn't be space for a blow up mattress either. Would recommend changing that in the listing to avoid surprises for future guests.
