Amenities include a pool and hot tub during the summer, a sauna, playground, volleyball and basketball courts, and a barbecue area with picnic tables. The resort has direct lake access and is near all of the Tahoe area ski resorts.

- The property requires a damage deposit of USD 100/stay/unit on the credit/debit card provided. The deposit is required for EACH UNIT and is refunded IN FULL upon check-out.

- Early check-in is subject to availability upon arrival.

- Following property rules, the minimum age required for check-in is 18 years old;

- Upon arrival, a mandatory resort fee of US$29.12/night/per unit (plus tax) will be collected, this is not included in the daily rate.

- Every effort will be made to keep you in the same unit throughout your stay, however, please note that a room move may be required.

CONSTRUCTION NOTICE:
Starting May 5, 2025, the North Tahoe Public Utility District will begin a two-week project to upgrade the water line serving the 400 units. You may experience some construction noise, brief water shutoffs (under 3 hours), and traffic controls. Work will not begin before 8:00 AM.
