Great Vacation!

Great location and view! Loved the pool area and beach access. Lots of discounts offered for attractions!

Had a great time!

The property was exactly as advertised. Kids loved the pool and facilities, tiki bar was great!

We enjoyed our stay overall. Location, beach access, pools, and front desk staff were phenomenal. The ramp access to the beach was really nice for wagons, strollers, wheelchairs, etc. I am actually really surprised no one has mentioned the state of the pull out mattress in the reviews. Very stained all over and it looked like possible growth on it. I didn’t let my son sleep on it and purchased an air mattress for him to sleep on. I would never let anyone I know sleep on a mattress that looked like this.

We’re especially happy the ramp access made getting to the beach easier for wagons, strollers, and wheelchairs. We sincerely apologize for the condition of the pull-out mattress. We understand your concern, and it’s certainly not the standard we want for our guests. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we will make sure the mattress is inspected and the appropriate action is taken. We’re sorry that you had to purchase an air mattress for your son and that this affected your experience. Thank you again for helping us identify an issue that needs immediate attention.

Family trip

Nice property for a family. Lots of pools and a nice view at the 16th floor.

Great stay

The room was so nice and clean. It had plenty of space! The pools, slide, and lazy river were awesome and open late. Just a few steps to the beach with great views! Only dislike was not much water pressure at all. This is at a resort though so I’m not sure the owners have control of that. Such a great stay and highly recommend!
