Recently updated Penthouse condo, located on the TOP floor(14th) of the Boardwalk Beach Resort. Two queen beds in the master bedroom and living area with a Murphy bed , there's plenty of space for up to 6 guests! Relax and unwind on the Oceanfront Private Balcony or head to the beach with direct beach access. Condo features SMART TV's for your convenience and is walking distance to Starbucks, Myrtle Beach Convention Center, SoHo Sushi and much more. This condo puts you in the HEART of Myrtle Beach!


Please note that there is an ongoing water outfall project near 24th Avenue North, which may result in construction noise during standard daytime working hours. In addition, there is active building construction on the adjacent property, including the use of cranes, which may cause view obstructions from certain angles. We appreciate your understanding as the area continues to improve.

This was a lovely place to stay with ample room and amenities to suit even larger groups of individuals. There were only three of us and it allowed for very comfortable and separate beds as well as two separate rooms for privacy. The decor had character and was quite charming. The facilities worked well and we had no major issues during our stay. The minor hiccups we did have were quickly solved in a very timely manner and the host was extremely responsive in general. As stated in the ad, the beach itself is not particularly far from the location and is within easy walking distance. And the pools / hot tubs were quite nice as well if the beach isn't calling to you. The contactless check in and check out were also nice features as it meant we didn't have to worry about losing track of a card or a key to get into the room or the building. Additionally, it's in a good location with several nice eateries within easy walking distance and the boardwalk strip just down the way. It's within walking distance but it would probably be better to drive. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

10 out of 10 will stay again. Top floor stay (14th) with amazing views. There is construction on both sides of the building that is mentioned in the listing, but it didn't bother my family during our stay. In fact, my son thought the big equipment on the pier was very cool haha. Rooms were clean upon arrival with cutesy pink and blue pastel decor. Listing is very accurate, it's just slightly more dated than shown (which wasn't a bother and is to be expected in a busy tourist location). Parking is located in the parking garage across the street, so I suggest taking avantage of the 15 minute parking under the awning up front. (Use your door code to get in and use the provided luggage cart to take your belongings up. Then grab the parking pass in room and park in the garge). Janet was a very responsive host and provided instructions ahead of time to help out. Very welcoming and respectful. Both AC units worked great and kept us cool during our stay. The kids loved the 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, and lazy river below the building. There are 2 wading beach chairs provided on the balcony, as well. [Photos are of balcony and view from front door]
