This property was beautiful and very comfortable. It was very convenient for traveling to the national parks as well as to local restaurants and grocery stores. Would absolutely stay here again if ever in the area.

Beautiful Home

This is our second time staying in this amazing house. It is in a very quiet and lovely neighborhood, close to shopping and great restaurants. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends.

Beautiful Home and Fantastic Location

Beautiful home, well appointed, immaculately kept, comfortable and offers easy access to groceries, restaurants, shopping and interstates. It's also close to a Golf course and friendly parks. Super safe area. My family truly enjoyed our stay and thank you to the wonderful hosts!

Clean, new feel, well supplied

We were more than comfortable during our stay in what feels like a recently refurnished house. I appreciated the thoughtful personal care items and comfortable bed in the master bedroom.

Great property

The property is exactly as shown is pictures. Everything feels new and clean. Home is well stocked, spacious, and in great location. Will definitely look to return in the future.

Beautiful, clean, safe house

This rental is incredibly clean and just beautiful. It has everything we needed as a family with 3 young kids. The garage was a big plus. It's also on a cul-de-sac, which was great for the kids riding their bikes. We were so comfortable!

Perfectly Amazing!

We loved our stay and found nothing to complain about! Super clean, well stocked, and a great quiet neighborhood. The landscaping and yard was gorgeous! Great backyard with beautiful seating to hangout when the weather cooled down. The bathrooms were awesome and the whole house was updated and modern. Thank you for a lovely place for our family to stay!

Beautiful House but we had issues

We arrived at dinner time and the a/c was off. The house was 94 degrees inside. We turned on the a/c but it took all the way to the next morning until it cooled off. The first night we were all hot and uncomfortable. The owner was informed when we arrived and sent us the thermostat manual to disable the programming. It wasn't the programming though, it was just that the a/c was off and not set to a manageable temperature. We also had ants everywhere. We told the owner and he told us to spray them. Then we showed him that there were 2 piles of ants in the fridge. It was disgusting. Our personal items and food were covered in ants. We notified the owner again and he sent pest control out within a couple hours. It helped but it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. The beds are not comfortable. They were all very firm. Also the three bedroom fans are controlled by one remote. When you adjusted the master bedroom fan, the other 2 bedroom fans changed too and vice versa. It was very annoying. The house was beautiful and the owners were very friendly and communicative but the issues we had would prevent us from staying there again and we wouldn't recommend it to friends.

My family love the house and neighborhood. Very clean and quiet. The house allowed us to gather with family We came for a family reunion in Madera. The house was sooo welcoming and beautiful. We were sooo pleased i left a bottle of wine. Thanks for being a great host.
