Property was beautiful to see in the fall time as the leaves started to change. Owner was super simple to get a hold of and communicated throughout the process

Great communication. Easy access to the house. Beautiful sunrises. We arrive Monday afternoon and the vendor who serviced/cleaned the hot tub came Tuesday afternoon, we were pleased to have a fresh hot tub. The house had everything we needed, and was quiet. Deer visited the yard each evening. Happy with our stay.

Rich & Abbey were very accommodating and responsive! Check in was a breeze. The hot tub was amazing with an incredible view of the lake! Living room/kitchen had a nice open concept with great views of the lake. Had an incredible time and recommend to anybody!

Great family time

They home and location was perfect. The grandkids were hoping to swim in one of the pools, but they were not open.

I'm sorry (and surprised) to hear the pools weren't open at that time! I unfortunately have absolutely no control over the community pools schedules and am disappointed that it reflected poorly on what was otherwise a great experience for you.

We had a great trip and the house was the perfect size for our crew. We are considering purchasing in Arrowhead and this rental helped us decide on the area. Only 2 hiccups… 1- the hot tub was never used because not ever getting clear and staying green 2- could use more deck seating/table and chairs to either eat on the deck or couches to relax out there and enjoy the amazing view. There were only a mix of random chairs that didn’t have a table to go with them. The host was amazing and responsive with all communication. Really appreciated that! Loved that linens and towels were provided and all were in great condition bathrooms & bedrooms were clean. Kayaks/canoe/paddleboard were all provided which made the lake so enjoyable and fun! This lake vacation was exactly what we needed from sunrise to sunset! I was able to get an instacart delivery for food and found a Golf cart rental place who delivered and picked up. Mad dog golf cart rental was amazing! Highly recommend.

Highly Recommend Lake House

We stayed at this house for my parents 50th and wedding anniversary. The house was absolutely spectacular. Checking in and out was a breeze, the owners of the house were super kind and easy-going. They had the house well stocked with toys for young kids and teens. We had plenty of kayaks and canoes for the lake. They also had lots of lake toys and yard games. The house inside was absolutely spectacular and the views were million dollar views. We had plenty of privacy as the neighbors were not on top of you and every morning waking up to the lake view was so peaceful. I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for the perfect Lakehouse get away.

We travel from Ontario every year to spend a week in the Poconos. This is our first stay in a lakefront home and we were not disappointed. Rich’s location on the lake is awesome. We appreciated the flat, clear lot (lots of room to play and less bugs). The view from the upstairs of the home is fantastic. The deck and hot tub are great. The kitchen is well equipped. Even though there is no AC downstairs, we were surprised with how well the unit upstairs cooled the entire home and we also made use of the 2 owner supplied fans in the bedrooms. The beds were all comfortable. Our children enjoyed all of the kayaks supplied and our 10 and 8 year olds were especially happy for the 2 child sized ones. We all kayaked to the beach across the lake. Our children made use of the community amenities and especially enjoyed the pool with the diving board and the basketball courts. We loved the area as we were close to our favorite spots -camelback waterparks, Kalahari and Pocono action sports (for several years we have rented a pontoon boat with a slide there). Rich was a great host - very responsive and helpful. We hope to return again and can’t wait to see what further improvements Rich has in store for this great property!

Great house and location to get away and relax. Very private for being on a lake. House was as expected and owners were very on point with communication. Great place to spend time with family with lots of things to do in the surrounding area

Overall was a great experience.The onsite kayaks and standing paddle board saved us money from having to rent them hourly at the lake.Hot tub worked great and the cover was really easy to put on/off.The lights around the fire pit was cool at night and we had a maybe like half a dozen deer grazing near it.Hit a couple of the local places:-Mount Airy Casino-940 Golf range and batting cages-Moyer’s Country Kitchen for breakfast-Dominic’s Pizza-Murph’s Hideaway Irish pub-Camelback mountain for hikingWould recommend for a lakeside getaway
