We discovered this issue the same day as check-in and immediately dispatched a maintenance technician to assess it. Because opening the ceiling for repair would have created far more disruption during your stay, we made the decision to schedule the full repair for the Monday following checkout, and we proactively informed you of this before you even arrived. We also suggested a simple workaround (placing a towel at the base of the shower) so the upstairs bathroom could still be used. During your stay, you mentioned the leak once and we reiterated the repair plan. At no point was it communicated to us that either bathroom was unusable or that the issue was severely impacting your experience — had we known, we absolutely would have explored additional solutions. We take maintenance seriously and pride ourselves on proactive communication, which is exactly why we disclosed this before arrival rather than letting you discover it on your own.
