Adobe Oasis was built over 100 years ago. Our home blends classic Southwestern charm with modern comfort. Located within easy walking distance of the Santa Fe Plaza, and the hip Railyard district. This historic house has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, parking, and a private courtyard. French doors open fully to the courtyard, creating a beautiful indoor-outdoor living feel with the fresh, high-elevation air Santa Fe is known for. Designed for an authentic downtown Santa Fe stay. 10% discount is offered - 1st responders, veterans, & active military.

Located in the heart of downtown Santa Fe, this historic home has the perfect blend of character, comfort, and walkable convenience. With private parking for 1 vehicle, an enclosed courtyard, and inviting indoor and outdoor seating designed for relaxing. The house is bright and full of natural light. It has 2 cozy bedrooms, 1.5 baths, original brick floors, wood-beamed ceilings, skylights, local furniture and art, and top-of-the-line mattresses and bedding for an exceptional night’s sleep. The space is private, beautifully curated, and full of Santa Fe charm, just blocks from the Downtown Plaza for shopping, galleries, and dining. We have an espresso machine, a welcome gift, and thoughtful amenities to make your stay feel effortless and special. We also have a house manual with recommendations for dining, activities, and exploring Santa Fe and the surrounding area.

Enjoyed staying in this charming casa. Its location is close to the plaza and restaurants. It was very comfortable. Loved the skylights in the bedrooms.

The house was so cute and perfectly decorated in Santa Fe style! The beds were comfortable and the patio was an inviting place to sit with coffee or wine. The location was within easy walking distance of the plaza, the Georgia O’keefe museum and many restaurants. We would definitely rebook if back in Santa Fe!

Even though my sister and I live only 40 minutes south of Santa Fe, we didn’t want to fight crowds and traffic for Indian Market weekend. This unit is comfortable and spotless. It is well appointed and maintained. We parked the car at the unit for the weekend and walked everywhere. For an event weekend in Santa Fe, that is priceless.

Some homes are ready for guests and this one certainly is. So much attention to details, a perfect location, very quiet, roomy, with distinctive flair for decor and art. Under 10mn walk from the plaza. Fabulous host with super fast communications.

Perfect casita

We had a great long weekend at the the casita. The very comfortable setup is great for a family traveling together. It’s walking distance to the plaza and rail yards. And don’t miss the bakery next door!

Idyllic

What a wonderful property! The amount of natural light was well received. ☺️ The interior was comfortable, well designed, and spacious. The location is perfect if you want to walk around downtown. Would highly suggest anyone looking to visit Santa Fe, to stay here! Might be the best I’ve ever been to.

Delightful!

Our stay in the Casita was delightful! Everything looks just as it does in the online photos - a true Santa Fe get away! The space was immaculate and the perfect mix of antique charm and modern amenities. It was great being able to walk from the Casita to the Plaza, the GO museum and other sights and then enjoy a glass of wine on the quiet patio once we returned. Highly recommend!

Great for a girls trip.

This place was so cute, very well decorated with some fabulous art. The location was nice. It was convenient to an amazing bakery around the corner. You probably do need a car to explore downtown, etc. There’s a little construction at the entrance to the road. But that will likely be over soon. I highly recommend.

This place was wonderful. Easy access to everything in Santa Fe, walking distance from lots of cultural, shopping, and eating places. Tucked away off of the main drag in a very cute, quiet, peaceful little compound. The home was just wonderful. Thick adobe walls, a beautiful enclosed courtyard. The home decor was a nod to new and old Santa Fe. I could feel the owner's reverence for the place. And yes, it was very clean and had everything we needed. We could not have been happier with the experience. I didn't want to leave.

The property was super convenient, and it was literally 5 minutes from everything. The AC could cool a little more in one of the bedrooms, but it was a super cute place and was well cared for.

This original 100-year-old adobe has been lovingly cared for and reflects everything I adore about Santa Fe: history, soul, and a sense of calm you can’t quite put your finger on until you’re here. I hope you’ll feel at home, slow down, and enjoy the space as much as I do.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s perfectly positioned close to everything, while still holding onto the authentic Santa Fe charm that made me fall in love with the city in the first place. It’s easy, walkable, and convenient, yet quietly timeless - one of those places that still feels like the real Santa Fe.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

What makes this property truly unique is its deep history and the layers of stories it holds. The Jose St. Compound has been part of Santa Fe life for generations, and home to families as early as the 1920s and later known as a hippie compound in the 1960s. That sense of artistry and soul still lives here.

The house itself is filled with one-of-a-kind pieces you won’t find anywhere else. Some furnishings are hundreds of years old, including a master bedroom headboard estimated to be over 400 years old and a bedroom bench crafted from a reclaimed wall in Tibet. Throughout the home you’ll also find distinctive works collected from local artists, adding to the authentic Santa Fe feel. If a piece catches your eye, feel free to ask, some artworks are available for purchase, and I’m happy to help you track down something similar if you’d like to take a bit of Santa Fe home with you.
