Main floor with open concept kitchen, pantry, and living space facing pool area. Lower bedroom suite is level to pool. Pool side pergola with dinning area. Beautifully done landscaping by corporativo Leslie with natural palms and flowering shrubs. Large pool with four commercial shade umbrellas and eight lounge chairs. All furniture is made locally of parota and other hard woods. Private parking spot and street parking available. Washer and dryer. Two outdoor showers by pool and two extra guest bathrooms. We have been spending time in Puerto Escondido for 20 years, We have an adopted son from Oaxaca and made it a priority to come frequently for him to gain culture and language, We have spent time in his biological village and part time here, Puerto has a great balance of mexico culture and a nice diversity from visitors all over the world, It is still a beach town with a laid back vibe. Our son loves surfing.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
When we came to Puerto we loved the versatility of being in the Linda Vista neighborhood. The best is our wonderful neighbors, quiet and vigilant which makes it a safe place to live. Access to the main highway is a 4 minute walk to public transportation. The new Zicatela market is very close and a new gas station with OXXO is within walking distance. Being between Zicatela and La Punta is wonderful. La Punta has become very noisy and busy, a great place to visit but its nice to be away from the crowds to come and go.
