The property was exactly like the pictures. It was great! The bedrooms were a nice size and having several bathrooms was nice. We loved having the “clean” products in the bathrooms & kitchen. The kids area in the basement was awesome! There was a wide variety of things for different ages, including adults.The huge backyard was great for the kids and adults. We played catch with the football, hit the wiffle ball, and kicked the soccer ball. In the evening we enjoyed a bon fire with smores and we set up our big inflatable screen & watched the football games. Communication with the host was really good.

8/2/26. It hit all of the marks. Exceptionally clean and nice decor. Was very comfortable and the host furnished all the essentials. We were attending a family member’s wedding at the Grand Geneva Resort and Spa but included other events around the lake so the location of the house provided easy access to all the venues.I would highly recommend staying here. PM

You know the Golden Rule? This house was the physical representation of it-so many details the hosts thought of: from a very well stocked kid zone in the basement, to kitchen basics like baking soda (which came in handy for bee stings) & extra chargers in the kitchen. Someone had a blast decorating this house-so cheerful, clean, interesting and inviting. Be aware, 2 kids ran down to check out the play house in the yard and ran back with bee stings, so come prepared if you have allergies. We were there for a wedding so didn’t spend much time at the house, but my husband later said he wished we would have had more time to sit on the deck & watch the birds -it’s a very peaceful place.The host Ben was great to work with-very responsive and kindly allowed us to check in early to get ready for the rehearsal. Plenty to do in the area-great restaurants on the water too!

Great stay!

Really enjoyed our time here! The yard was beautiful and really enjoyed spending mornings on the deck with all the great fall colored changing trees. There is a small park a short walk away and it’s about 10 minutes away (driving) from good restaurants.

We used this location for a weekend gathering of old friends (three couples), meeting up in the Lake Geneva area. It was perfect! Each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom, everything was clean and well appointed, and the communication from the host was excellent. I would highly recommend!

Serene and Clean

Such a lovely property! Very very clean and so well organized and well stocked. The giant yard was such a great bonus. And though there are neighbors nearby, it was extremely quiet and peaceful. Lots of beautiful and interesting birds on property too!

Nice family getaway

Our family consisted of 6 adults —grandparents with two adult children couples and two grandchildren. This house with its four bedrooms more than met our needs.

House was a perfect fit for our group. The neighborhood and neighbors were welcoming and very friendly, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place in this area.

Incredible Property!

We stayed Friday-Tuesday in Lake Geneva. I had great communication with Ben who replied promptly. The property was all around great! Only about 6 minutes into town, very convenient. Tree house was fun for the kiddos. The house is decorated so well, and everything was clean and organized. Highly recommend!!

Great house for our extended family. Lots of space for everyone. The grandkids loved the toys and games. Every thing in the house is clean and new. We will be back.

Girl's Weekend - five friends stayed at this home for the weekend. It has been completely remodeled and is bright and cheery. The kitchen is a great size with a huge table for gathering. There are three bedrooms and two full baths on the main floor and the basement is completely finished with lots of living space, one bedroom and another full bath. It is a walk out with a lower patio and access to the backyard. The house was very clean with nice updates and decor. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend, very close to Lake Geneva shopping/restaurants and minutes from Lake Como.
