State land for hunting is abundant Plus, there are three bar restaurants just moments away, a little river casino, and the vibrant Traverse City for gambling and dining pleasure. Don't miss the flea roast/ox market festival and cowboy weekend in Irons during the summer months.

Great retreat!

Host was very easy to communicate with and our family had a great time! They had everything easily accessible and were happy to help when we had an urgent need. I highly recommend!

Happy Campers

Lovely little cabin. We so enjoyed all 4 days. Well supplied...even had wine glasses. We will be back in Spring for ATVing. Looking forward to using the beautiful enclosed porch more; it has it's own heater, but we didn't want to be wasteful.
