Everything was great. We enjoyed the stay and the cleanliness. Our host was very friendly and patient. I was able to get fast responses and have questions answered quickly. I would go back to this exact location.

The property was very easy to check into. My husband and I aren't used to the level of business that was here even during the off season. We normally stay in a quiet place in Madeira. Luckily, this property is off the main drag and close to the beach. There are also a lot of attractions within walking distance. I would recommend this for a couple planning a short trip!

Perfect little location

We stayed here on a whim to surprise our friends for a birthday trip. The location was smack in the middle and in walking distance to everything we needed. The beach access was steps away, Frenchys, crabbys and the little local resturaunt/bar around the corner cocos( live music both night's). The rooms wa perfect and had everything we needed. My husband said the best air conditioner he has ever had in a hotel. We slept great in the confortable beds. Will definitely be styaing here again. nughts)everything we needed

Checked in and there was no water in unit . Spent 2 hour with VRBO to contact owner to restore water . Next morning no water in unit same spent an hour and half with VRBO service to restore water . Unit is no way what is shown in picture . It’s in bad condition with dirty pool and not a heated pool. It’s basically a motel room converted being sold as a unit. Bathroom is in bad condition with leaky toilet . Other customers who rented also raised same concerns with their respective units . Overall it’s a dump for the amount they charge a good nearby hotel has more facilities. Kitchenette is no way can be called that with just a one cheap countertop baking / air fryer small appliance

Everything was excellent. Very quiet at night. The pool was phenomenal. Very clean. Room was exceptionally clean. We have been coming here for 5 years straight and see no reason to find another spot. Can't wait to visit again next year. The host is amazing. Checked on us a couple times to see how we were enjoying our stay asked If there's anything he could do to help us. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, nightlife and Beach, we fly into Tampa. Take a 22-minute Uber ride and walked everywhere we needed. No problems. This place is a true gem!
