Fully RENOVATED from top to bottom, this 400sf apartment offers a spacious WALK-IN shower, soft/comfortable bed, and full kitchen. Chill out in the COURTYARD or in back by the water after a day at the beach, water sporting fun, or simply exploring the island. For a clean, relaxing, and AFFORDABLE getaway, choose Anchors UP.

Anchors UP is one of a handful of remaining structures from the 1940's-50's motel BOOM days on the island. Everything on the island is within walking distance, including world class restaurants, beach shops, wine bars, beach bars and cigar bars! If needed, take advantage of Florida Free rides, the Jolley Trolley or Pinellas County Bus system.

The apartment was just perfect! It was well equipped and very clean! The location as mentioned was walkable to restaurants and the beach! Would rent again!

The place was very clean and provided the all the basics we needed for our stay. We appreciated the shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We were able to walk to dinner every day. We enjoyed sitting on the dock. The property was as described. We would stay again.

Nice little spot tucked away down a residential street. Short walk to the beach but if you’re planning on brining a wagon and things to take the beach know it’s a good hike to the beach, but it’s all flat and easy to navigate. You’re directly between the two eating hotspots and there’s a store local for ice and basic necessities within walking distance as well as a liquor store. The fridge is big enough to hold three small bags of ice in the freezer and whatever you had in a medium sized cooler. Hot water, good pressure. Plenty of towels and hand towels and they’re large. AC is adjustable and keeps the place VERY cold which is nice after a hot day at the beach. Parking spots, room, and house numbers are clearly marked. We did have to empty the dehumidifier which wasn’t a big deal but it was completely full when we checked in. Easy to check in, I love that it was a keypad so you don’t have to remember a key. Silverware and some bowls and pots were available which is very convenient. Cute little dock space for pictures. I would stay again if I didn’t mind walking places.

Great little cozy spot in Clearwater. Very clean and the dock is a nice spot to have morning coffee or evening night caps. Only thing is you need to have the ceiling fan on when cooking in order to prevent the smoke alarm from going off.

Great Location

Great Location, walking distance of everything to have fun, Clearwater Beach, playground, shopping, restaurants. Really we had a great time, we will go back.

Wonderful property with dock!

We had a wonderful stay! There was a small hiccup in the beginning, but the host did a great job working with us to resolve it! We will definitely be going back again! The property was close to the beach and restaurants!

I grew up in Oklahoma(BOOMER SOONER!) and Li grew up in mainland China. We met as coworkers in Tampa in 2008 and the rest is history. We both got in to real estate in 2016 and then discovered the vacation rental industry. And we love it!

Our home base is about an hour from the beach. We enjoy our dogs, RV travel, and playing poker(Li is a semi-pro).
