Beautiful property. All rooms spacious. Master suite exceptional, particularly the bathroom. Very easy access to beach. Pool and hot tub clean and in good repair. Plenty of seating indoors and out. We didn't cook, so cannot speak to those appliances, but fridge and dishwasher were solid. Washer and dryer as well. Very light check in and out process was appreciated. As to the community: lovely area. We only visited the clubhouse three times through the week, and were disappointed to find the grill closed all three. May have just been poor timing on our part! Both outdoor pools looked to be in good condition. No trouble getting in and out of the gate at various hours.

Beach was just ok. Huge rocks upon entering water that you can’t see when tide is in. Several guests cut their feet.

Cinnamon Beach does have naturally occurring coquina rock formations along parts of the shoreline, and their visibility can change significantly with the tides and weather. We enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing and the property was new and clean. I appreciated that the property had beach towels and an appropriate about of soaps and essentials, so that we did not have to run out to the store right away.

Fantastic Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay at Sapphire Shores. The house was somehow even nicer in person than the pictures. The basement with darts and pop-a-shot were a huge hit with the kids in our group. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. There were also two bikes and a ton of beach gear available to use in the garage. The elevator was very helpful for loading/unloading. We highly recommend the cabana set up company that was recommended. We can’t wait to go back!

Great House for Girls’ Trip

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was as beautiful as shown and the management was very communicative. I did wish that the property had direct beach access, but the public access was not far away. The home had everything one could want and was close to the pool and grocery store. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Beautiful Sapphire Shores

Exceeded our exceptions. The house is beautifully maintained and had ample room for our party of nine. Perfect location for easy access to the beach and pools. The views from the balconies were stunning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 12 day trip was to get together with family at a nice location and beautiful house. The house exceeded expectations. It was spotless and gorgeous. It was centrally located with everything needed right off A1A and I 95. We did side trips to St. Augustine, Daytona, Marineland and Flagler. We also spent a lot of time at our private pool/spa and at the kids splash park with our 18 month old grandson, Maverick. All areas of facility were very well maintained. Staff we encountered were wonderful and very friendly. We had a minor elevator issue which was resolved the same day. We did go to Funky Pelican. Flagler Fish Company, Culver’s, Sonny’s Atlantic Grille Oceanfront as well as few others. As you can tell this was a “no cooking for me trip”! I would highly recommend this property and plan on returning next year😊.

A Perfect Family House

My husband and I, our children and grandchildren had an unforgettable spring break vacation in the perfect house for us. Everyone had their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The view was spectacular, with such colorful sunrises. We had our own walkway to a very quiet beach. We spent most of our time in our own private heated pool and hot tub. We could also easily walk to the amenity center, with its pools, a gym, a game room and a restaurant. We took our grandchildren there everyday for ice cream. What great memories we all will have. And we will be back !!!As we live in Florida and this house was so easy for us to get to

We really loved our stay and the elevator was a blessing for my 90 year old Mom. We loved the location and the neighborhood. Would definitely stay again. There are a few things that the home could use one is another refrigerator. One refrigerator for a house full of people was troublesome but we managed. Another would be more silverware and towel bars in the bathrooms for the bath towels to dry on. Those are the only additions I would make. The home is really amazing and we hope to return next year!!

Dream home on the ocean

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a beautiful home! Very comfortable and lots of room for our group of 11. The kids loved the lower level with the bunk beds. Meanwhile the king size bedrooms were so spacious and bathrooms incredible! The bedroom facing the ocean is a dream!The main floor was a great room to come together after a day at the beach or swimming in the private pool. The kitchen was beautiful and lots of seating available. My only complaint about the kitchen - PLEASE provide enough dinnerware and silverware for these large groups. We barely had enough plates to serve dinner and we were using salad forks and smaller forks to eat with. They provided plenty of beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, umbrellas, floats. Any issues were handled quickly and professionally. We definitely want to stay here again!!!

Nice beach, house is nice but poorly appointed

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The beach here is pretty nice and we enjoyed it. The house is new and the beds were comfortable. We stayed for 6 nights with a group of 7 adults and 5 kids ages 7 and under. The house is extremely under-furnished to accommodate the number of people that can sleep there. Most bedrooms had no dressers or tiny dressers with 3 little drawers. There was only a keurig and a 5-cup coffee maker in the kitchen (this is a joke for a group of parents of young kids who drink a lot of coffee! we went to walmart and bought a $40 full size coffee maker). We cooked and ate most of our meals in the house. There were not enough dishes or silverware for our group. We contacted the rental company and they had more silverware and coffee cups delivered right away which was nice. But it seemed like this house had not been checked on since last summer as far as the furnishings. There were no laundry baskets. The living room/dining room area does not have enough seating. A house that sleeps 12+ people with a dining table for 6? What? All the finishes on the house were super cheap and kind of falling apart already, like the faucets etc. TLDR; I'd stay at this beach again but probably not at this house, and maybe not with this rental company.

Can't wait to come back!

We have stayed here at Cinnamon Beach several times and this house was the best of all. We totally enjoyed our stay at Sapphire Shores. The layout of the house was great. The elevator was a big plus and it was very helpful to have especially with the luggage. This house is beautiful inside and out and the views were incredible. The location of the house is great and sitting on the balcony oceanfront was very peaceful with morning coffee. It’s nice being just a short walk down to the beach. We would like to make a couple of suggestions but it’s nothing that wouldn’t keep us from renting this house again next year. *Our suggestion would be to put some sort of shade or curtain on the door facing the street in the king bedroom on the 3rd floor. Window covering/shades are everywhere else excluding this door. It would definitely help with the sun causing the room to be very warm and most of all would help with privacy issues. *A TV in the room with the twin beds on the 2nd floor would be wonderful. All other bedrooms have a TV in the rooms except for this room. *Two garbage cans for a house this size is not doable. One of the cans was already full when we checked in for our stay. I would suggest larger cans and 4 or more garbage cans to use. *Even though the bugs (roaches) we found were dead, it was unpleasant to come across seeing them on the 3rd floor and 2nd floor. Maybe if pest control had just sprayed the day before, it might help to leave a note letting guest know.

80th Birthday Celebration

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Sapphire Shores for my wife’s 80th birthday celebration. What a fantastic experience! There was plenty of room for the family to be together, catch up and make memories. The house was impeccably clean, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The pool and the hot tub were exceptional and offered a good amount of privacy as the houses are spaced close together. Beach towels are provided as well as beach chairs and all kinds of beach accessories. The extra refrigerator in the garage was a huge bonus. The beds were comfortable and the view of the beach from the top two floors was breathtaking.Communication was excellent and all instructions were sent in a very timely manner. Check in/check out was easy and nothing out of the norm. This house has everything you would need for a relaxing stay and is a perfect option for a large family gathering/celebration. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. We would love to return.

We just returned from a week long stay with my family. We were 6 adults, a 4 year old, and two babies. Everything about this property was even better than described. It’s safe, absolutely gorgeous, immaculate, and provided everything we needed during our stay. The living areas, bedrooms, bathrooms and closets are so spacious. One of the closets, the size of a room, served as a perfect, dark, quiet space for the provided Pack n' Play. The house is so much closer to the beach than we first thought, and the backyard pool was divine. The community clubhouse, a block from the house is an awesome perk. The restaurant, walk in pool with lots of children, and splash pad were a big hit with our 4 year old grandson. For our family, it was easier to have a chef provide dinners, had groceries and necessities delivered, and didn’t venture off the property. The beach is a grainy sand, with some seaweed, but it didn’t deter our fun, building sandcastles, and playing with all the provided beach toys. The water is clean and there were great waves for bodysurfing with the multiple boogie boards.Even though there are enough beach chairs, and two wagons to bring everything to the beach, we ended up using the local cabana service that set up a canopy, table and chairs on the beach at a very reasonable cost. The host company for the property was also readily available at all times and helped us navigate heating the spa and pool. There are really no words to describe the memories we made here.
