The property was great. We had a group of 8 and a toddler and there was plenty of room. Kitchen was fully stocked and you can’t beat the sunrise and sunset views. The pool was also a great perk!

This house was beautiful. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need. Very clean. The private beach access and pool was awesome. My family and I had a wonderful vacation .

Peace of Paradise was the perfect home for our St. Augustine beach vacation. The oceanfront location in Butler Beach was amazing, and the house was spacious, comfortable, and ideal for our large group.With five bedrooms and five and a half bathrooms, everyone had plenty of space to relax while still enjoying time together. If you’re planning a family vacation or traveling with a larger group, I highly recommend Peace of Paradise.

We had a great stay. The house was great and location was perfect. We also loved having the amazing pool. The only two things we would have personally liked to see change was the bathroom off of the queen bedroom that overlooks the pool didn’t actually have a shower. It had a jetted tub with a shower head. Water went everywhere so we were not able to use that bathroom besides the toilet. One more thing we would have liked was a covered deck. The bottom by the pool looks covered but it’s just the above decking so water comes through. We ended up having rain most of the week and there was nowhere outside we could go so we were forced to stay inside the house.

Beautiful home exactly as listed. Our family had an awesome time swimming in the pool and hanging out on the beach. Located close to a playground for small kids. Publix and restaurants about 5 minutes away. We hope to visit again soon!

It was an ideal location. It was incredibly easy getting to the beach with all the kids’ toys and other beach stuff. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed for the few nights we stayed in. The separate living rooms were perfect for adults and kids to have their own space.

Perfect place!

The property was perfect. It was an easy walk to the beach and the pool was amazing to have for the afternoons with our kids when the ocean was too rough.

Nicely equipped with plenty of room for the whole family. We were very comfortable. The pool was a big hit with everyone, as was the direct access to the huge beach, that was not over-crowded. A great beach choice.

Amazing Stay

This property was fantastic! The location was great, the house was very well-equipped, had an amazing pool and lots of room for everyone. This house has everything needed for the perfect beach vacation. We hope to return next year!

Wonderful Vacation

Loved everything. The pool was the best we’ve stayed at thus far. View was beautiful. The beach was amazing. Only thing we missed was the grill, all other amenities were perfect!

Family togetherness

The house was roomy and great, very comfortable. Direct beach access was great and we may not be able to vacation any other way from now on. We practically had the beach to ourselves.

Perfect vacation home!

Absolutely loved our stay here. The property was very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our week stay. The pool was beautiful and the perfect temp. Tons of beach towels for pool and beach days. There was a few beach chairs and beach toys for the days we spent at the beach. Overall a great place to stay! Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful Home and Town

Absolutely loved and enjoyed every moment of this property and location. Direct ocean views and extremely clean house!! This was my second rental working with Marty who is wonderful! Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay. The house was a great size. The pool was really nice. We really appreciated all the beach items available to use (chairs, tents etc), that was a nice surprise. The host was very responsive. The view was amazing and the beach was never crowded. Quiet neighborhood. We visited a lot of local restaurants and St. Augustine. We plan on returning to this house! Only suggestion is to add a grill.

Turtle Oasis

The house was just perfect for our 2 family vacation to the beach. We enjoyed having a private walk to the beach and seeing the beautiful turtles that lined the boardwalk. The house itself has the usual “beach vacation” rustic charm, and could use a few updates but overall, we were very pleased with it.

Excellent

Have a family gathering over Memorial Day weekend. Great layout for family and was impressed by the guality of the kitchen utensils. Would stay here again. Only negative was no grill.

The location was perfect. The house was very comfortable except for the 5th bedroom with the bunk bed. That room was very small and the bunk bed itself was very rickety. Probably meant for small children. Plenty of seating for the 7 of us ladies and the pool was the highlight. The bathrooms could use some updating, especially the lower level jetted tub shower combo. This one just needs to be converted into a walk in shower, just for safety alone. We did get a laugh regarding the multitude of pelicans that flew overhead. The houses must be in their usual flight path and during our last evening we were sitting on the upper deck and a couple of us got baptized, if you know what I mean. It was pretty funny! All in all, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you!

Multi-generation Family Vacation

Lots of room for a big group (10) that spanned 4 generations. Nice and clean, with good quality beds/pillows and plenty of extra towels. The swimming pool and private beach walkover were a hit. Ample parking for up to 6 cars. The kitchen was better equipped than other properties I have stayed at. Loved watching the sunrise over the ocean from the second floor. Terrific location and a great place to relax.
