Studio built above detached garage away from main house to enjoy privacy. Property is surrounding by trees and gardens and has a remote feel. Enjoy a spa-like large walk in shower. Wifi is provided to connect your devices. A treadmill is in the unit to workout while enjoy the many DVD movies provided or login to your own Netflex or other entertainment apps on the smart TV. Studio contains 2 pleather reclining chairs enjoy some rest or comfortably work on your computer. Kitchen features the following appliances: fridge, toaster oven, countertop burner, microwave/convection, as well as a Keurig for coffee. Studio does not have an oven or a dishwasher. Kitchen is supplied with items needed to cook & eat in and has a kitchen table. Great central location within minutes of 485 to get where you need to be quickly. Only 8 minutes from downtown Matthews and a vast amount of stores and restaurants located at Sycamore Commons area.

We enjoyed every second of our weekend. Room was spacious and beautifully decorated! Heated bathrooms floors and comfy bed made the stay relaxing and special. New favorite place to stay here anytime we’re in the area!

This was a very nice, quiet location in a studio apartment that is above a detached garage. This is a beautiful neighborhood, very close to a major highway, which made getting around very easy. The hosts were extremely friendly and quick to reply to any messages. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

You are getting a clean, sealed, climate-controlled loft suite well equipped for basic meals and somewhere to chill out when you've had enough of the NC heat and humidity. Wifi is solid, nothing blazing, but I could stream video no problem and do my basic internet things. Not much in the way of an office setup - this isn't a negative, just a heads up if you are expecting to get work done back at the vrbo.I did not need to use the laundry.The shower was nice, nice water pressure and a "rainfall" style showerhead, adjustable. Plenty of towels and the like.Its location is decently central to get to the smaller towns in the area as well as Charlotte itself. I loved my stay and would absolutely stay here again.

It was a very short stay but the place is immaculate. Even though it’s a studio, it did not feel crowded for the two of us. It was super comfortable with lots of teas and coffees to choose from! Especially loved the huge Shower that is absolutely beautiful. Good job owners. If I’m back in the area, I will surely book again.

This was our second stay in this rental and we plan to return. It is convenient to Charlotte, I85 and I485. The hosts are lovely people and the fire pit is awesome.

Our stay had a lot of amenities, it was extremely clean and very convenient. It felt like home away from home. The directions were clear and concise. We are definitely coming back for another stay!

Great place to stay!

A perfect little place to stay amidst a lovely property. Perfect for the single traveler or couple- beautifully appointed in every way. Will be back for sure- and Krissy is awesome and very proactive and responsive.

I really enjoyed my stay. It was so cute, super clean and cozy. I absolutely would’ve stayed longer if it was available but it was not as I did reach out to extend my stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

My neighborhood is in close vicinity of the city & minutes away from 485. It features large lots with friendly neighbors. It is perfect for a evening stroll or if you are more ambitious a one mile walk through the neighborhood brings to you a back entrance to trails at Purser Hulsey Park.

My property is on a 1.25 acre lot set back from the street. The studio is above a detached garage set away from the main house. In the warmer month the trees surround the entire property to give a secluded feel. Looking outside the back studio window has views of trees and a stream. Do not be surprised if a cat or a chicken comes up to greet you during the day.
