Studio apartments built above detached garage away from main house to enjoy privacy. Property is surrounding by trees and gardens and has a remote feel. Enjoy a spa-like large walk in shower. Wifi is provided to connect your devices. A treadmill is in the unit to workout while enjoy the many DVD movies provided or login to your own Netflex or other entertainment apps on the smart TV. Studio contains 2 pleather reclining chairs enjoy some rest or comfortably work on your computer. Kitchen features the following appliances: fridge, toaster oven, countertop burner, microwave/convection, as well as a Keurig for coffee. Studio does not have an oven or a dishwasher. Kitchen is supplied with items needed to cook & eat in and has a kitchen table. Great central location within minutes of 485 to get where you need to be quickly. Only 8 minutes from downtown Matthews and a vast amount of stores and restaurants located at Sycamore Commons area.

Comfort and Peaceful

Our stay was more than what we had hoped for. Beautiful studio, spacious, all the comforts of home and more. Location was perfect, our hosts were super nice. Will stay again on a return visit to Charlotte.

Great Place to stay

We stayed over a weekend in October and had a lovely time. The hosts are friendly and responsive. The kitchen had what we needed to make dinners. We particularly loved the fire pit which the hosts graciously got "fired-up" for us each evening.

A perfect little place to stay amidst a lovely property. Perfect for the single traveler or couple- beautifully appointed in every way. Will be back for sure- and Krissy is awesome and very proactive and responsive.

Cozy loft with all amenities needed! Minutes away from many nice restaurants. Host was incredibly responsive and very help with local recommendations! Plan to rebook this time next year!

Awesome!!

Owners are super friendly and the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. One of the nicest places i’ve stayed at so far! Very clean place and isn’t too large or too small. I was here with my best friend and we both very much enjoyed our stay here.

Perfect - from start to finish

What a lovely place this was for our short stay in the Matthews area. This finishes on this place are not conducive to an apartment over the garage, it was a LOT nicer and the pictures are exactly as shown. Communication with the property manager was fantastic, and we would stay here again and again!

Perfect little get away.

This property was perfect for what we needed it for. It was close to some amazing restaurants and and easy drive to the speedway. They had heated floors in the bathroom and even a laundry shoot to a private room with a washer and dryer. The hosts were amazing and continued to check in and make sure we had everything. I would definitely stay here again if we ever head back down to for more races. 💙

Private with many amenities

We enjoyed our stay very much. The studio is private yet conveniently located. We enjoyed every aspect. The heated floor in the bathroom along with the gorgeous tile in the shower made it very pleasant, an oasis during our busy stay. The reclining chairs made watching movies, of which there were many to choose from, so comfortable. The retro refrigerator was fun and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Having access to laundry facilities was welcome. We were able to increase our daily step count by using the carefully designed stairs up to the unit. We would highly recommend staying here. Krissy and Rob were wonderful hosts. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

Perfect & Peaceful

Luxury in a studio! Everything we needed was already there, if not, Krissy was 1text or 1call away. I enjoyed the electric recliners, heated bathroom floor, the treadmill for a little exercise & the decor that just gave the serenity & coziness! My teenage granddaughter loved it & the laundry Shute! She wanted to chill out there rather than going out with friends. I will return if I’m even close to that area & would definitely recommend to others that are looking for cleanliness, luxury, peace & serenity! Thank You Krissy for the hospitality & kiss your hubby that remodeled everything so nicely!

My neighborhood is in close vicinity of the city & minutes away from 485. It features large lots with friendly neighbors. It is perfect for a evening stroll or if you are more ambitious a one mile walk through the neighborhood brings to you a back entrance to trails at Purser Hulsey Park.

My property is on a 1.25 acre lot set back from the street. The studio is above a detached garage set away from the main house. In the warmer month the trees surround the entire property to give a secluded feel. Looking outside the back studio window has views of trees and a stream. Do not be surprised if a cat or a chicken comes up to greet you during the day.
