Situated a few blocks up from downtown Summerland, our home is the perfect place for friends and family to relax, unwind and enjoy an incredible weekend. Ocean views, multiple outdoor patios, a jacuzzi, fully stocked kitchen, arcade games, TV`s and more are right at your fingertips, with the ocean, shipping and more close by!

Home is the top two floors.
Home is narrow, please review layout upon your arrival.
Pet rules - keep off furniture, must use restroom outside and do not leave alone in the home. Violation of these rules or damages may result in a fee.

Home Description - Parking directly out front. Home is on the 2nd and 3rd floor, to enter you will need to go up a set of stairs on the right-hand side. Bottom floor of home - Kitchen, two living rooms (one in front and one in back), dining room, 2 bathrooms, bunk room, trundle bed. Top floor - 2 larger bedrooms with a King and Queen bed, along with an outdoor patio area with ocean views.

Please be aware there are lower tenants at this home and that quiet hours begin at 9pm each night.
