The house is beautiful and there was plenty of room for our family of 10. The ocean view was incredible. We appreciated the abundance of beach towels, bogie boards and other beach accessories. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house! It was better than advertised. It was so lovely that we spent more time home than anticipated. There were a few maintenance issues that were addressed. We did not expect how well stocked with towels, boards, camp chairs, etc. it was. The only real complaint was that the generous assortment of water shoes had been put away wet and sandy and had mildewed in the plastic tote. We would love to return someday.

We can't say enough about this amazing property. It wasn't just the home, it was all of the additions, surf boards, snorkeling gear, pickleball set, etc.The host was communicative and checked in to ensure there was nothing that needed to be fixed. I almost don't want to share the praise, so we can stay here again.

Spectacular whale watching in January! We also walked upon a seal during a beach walk and spotted turtles in the water. The condo was clean, well equipped and comfortable! We loved our stay!

We LOVED staying here! I'd never leave if it was up to me! House was very clean and the owner even left a fun craft for us to do as a family! I've stayed at several vacation homes over the years but NONE are as fantastic as this one!

Loved our stay at Puamana 150-1. With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, and ample seating in the main living area, the space was perfect for our group of nine. The lanai and ocean view are amazing, and just a short walk to beach access and both pools. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, including two dishwashers! We appreciated all the beach gear: towels, surfboards, boogie boards, coolers, snorkel gear, umbrellas and beach chairs. Convenient parking right outside the door. Great communication with management and quick response to repair a minor plumbing issue. Not a single negative…this will be our home again when we return to Maui! A couple suggestions: it would be nice to have direct access from the lawn to the beach, maybe a couple stairs down to the waterfront; and a ceiling fan on the lanai would be a great addition. Mahalo for a great stay!

Amazing Property

This property has amazing views, an amazing location close to town and plenty of room for all nine of us. The property management company did an amazing job communicating with us prior to and during our stay. We highly recommend this property for families.

All the amenities

we had a fabulous time enjoying all the amenities at the property and exploring the island. This was our first trip to Maui and it did not disappoint. The property matched the description and the group was helpful with all our questions. Look forward to another trip to Maui.

Great location!

Absolutely beautiful property with everything you need and more. Clean, comfortable and spacious. The only thing I would change is the location of the large portable air conditioner that was on the kitchen counter right next to the sink. I would love to come back here again.

Beautiful condo in the heart of the resort

Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your beautifully remodeled condo! Our party of 10 (two families) had an amazing time. The relaxing patio, gorgeous pools and easy access to the beautiful semi-private beach was just what we all needed. The place was well appointed and we were able to cook a few meals and make snacks easily and get back to enjoying the beach or pools. Thank you again!

This place is a real slice of paradise and the perfect property for a family reunion -we had 6 adults, and two little kids and there was plenty of room for us all to be very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped (two dishwashers!)and has plenty of counter and storage space - we cooked all our dinners there - the BBQ came in handy the day there was a power outage. The view is stunning - we all agreed it was the most scenic backyard of any VRBO we have stayed in. Amazing sunsets every night from the lanai. The beach is a very easy, short walk away, as are the adult and children's pools. (which are delightful). A big plus was having access to three surf boards and plenty of pool/beach towels. The whole development is beautifully manicured and maintained. Management is very responsive to any questions or needs - they are but a phone call away. I would recommend they install some kind of pull down screen for use during late afternoon/early evening (ie dinner hour) on the western side of the lanai and have candles, or an emergency lantern available for use during power outages, which will occur when the winds are too high.

We will definitely be back! We’ve stayed 2 doors down in the past, but I like this layout and kitchen better. The slider opens to a huge lanai with comfortable outdoor furniture with the ocean literally a stones throw away. We played pickleball and enjoyed the pool. We were there during the tsunami and the management company was very prompt with communication. They checked in with us when we arrived and the next day to ensure our stay was going well. I highly recommend this unit. It was quiet, clean and nicely appointed. Thank you!!

Enjoyed our stay

The house was very clean and nice. And I would recommend the property. We had great views and friendly staff. However- Some of the pictures that are online were deceiving as we assumed we would be able to walk onto a sandy beach right in front of the property. That was not the case and after a short walk either way you had to climb down rocks that were dangerous for our older guests and small children. The pool highlighted in the photos also is not noted that it’s the quiet pool and no noise is allowed.

Beautiful property

We loved this property so much! The view is gorgeous and we loved the small beach right in front of it. There was good communication and great amenities. The management group that actually control the neighborhood can be a little stressful... Someone parked in our spot and when we got in late at night we had to park in the only one left. We got text messages about it the next day. Apparently we also accidentally turned on our outside lights one night (we were going to bed at 5pm every night because of the time zone difference, so it was truly an accident because I couldn't even tell you where the light switch was) and got a text about that the next day, too. Those stressed me out a little, but the overall stay was absolutely amazing and memorable.

We all had a good time. Place is very nice but has a few things that need repaired on the property. Had couple issues with power at the house but they fixed on a timely matter. Any renters coming to this area of the island make sure you know that if it gets too windy, they will shut power off. During this stay it was out close to 24 hours. Other things you need to watch for is tax increase. We bought and paid in full before end of the 2025 year and then they charge me the new tax rate and yet still owe them more money. They claim it is when you stay and not when you pay. All other place you pay tax when you buy items. Watch for parking anyplace will cost more than 20-30 a day. Overall, this is a nice place just Maui County is trying to chase people away. We will be going to a different Island from now on. Host gave us a late check out, that was very nice of them. I do know some of this is beyond control of host. Had a great stay overall just people need to know what they are getting into.
