Beautiful spacious house

Did did not encounter any problems with our stay. Beds were very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again if ever in Reno again.

Great space for a family or big group. Tidy, secure, well lit property. Will return for round two!!

There were some areas that were not clean prior to check in. Also, several items needed to be repaired. There are smoke detectors hanging not connected, no lighting in one of the bathrooms and other items that need repair. There’s also enough utensils for a group of people. I think there was about three spoons and four or five forks.

My family was in town for my husband’s Retirement Party. They stayed for 5 nights. They mentioned it was very spacious, clean and accommodating. It was in a great neighborhood. The house had some minor issues, but overall they enjoyed the home!

We stayed here last year and it seemed like there were a few things that kept it from being five star place. And honestly it is like 4.5 stars. There are a few nuances . The main TV is standing underneath a wall mount, a couple of old rugs in the front and dining room, a couple of couches missing legs (simply sitting low on the floor), and some missing screens on the windows.Otherwise, this place is pretty great. It felt very clean and comfortable. Enough space for us to spread out a bit.

Great layout. Pleasant area. Some TLC needed.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The check in was seamless. The interaction with the host was friendly and accomodating. The supplies (specifically towels) were just enough for the five of us.There were a few things that need attention. Such as the gazebo in the back yard. Evidently it has some structural issues. Currently being braced by random boards. The lawn is dead. So not the most inviting for spa or general backyard fun.I took the sheets off my bed to put in the laundry room at the end of our stay. I kinda wish I hadn't. There is a significant pee stain on the mattress. Fortunately, I'm not that germaphobic. But still not something I want to see.As for the rest of the house, everything feels clean. The appliances work well. The TV is a nice big size , although kinda strange that it sits underneath the wall mount. Long story/short: A very nice home, in a very nice neighborhood of the Reno area. Just a few items needing some attention in order to be a 5 star.
