This house was recently renovated top to bottom and comes fully equipped with private pool and new bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, windows, doors, furniture, floors, staircase, pool, siding, garage doors, paint, and trim and is steps to the Gulf being on the Gulf side of Via De Luna! The house is 3 floors and contains a king bedroom on each level and bunkbed rooms on the 1st and 2nd levels. 2 queen sleeper sofas complete the max capacity of 19 people! Steps away from the white sands of the gulf and no busy roads to cross with your loved ones. About a 2 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico waters! House comes fully furnished and kitchen stocked with all the kitchen wares you would expect for a vacation rental. Bath linens are provided as well as bed linens. Beach linens are not provided. Do not stay at this VRBO if you have mold sensitivity. It was awful.

This review is absolutely ridiculous. The house was rebuilt/renovated brand new two years ago and does not have mold in it. This group didn't even check in... I sent a crew to the house the next day after they didn't show and they responded that "no one had even been in the house". So obviously this is a bogus review. They made an outlandish accusation, and then didn't stay. I marked them a 1 star review in return and will not rent to them again for any property I have. Please look at the other reviews because this one simply wanted a refund and is using a smear tactic as leverage.

The property was exactly like described. We were minutes from the beach! The pool area was very fun and private! The location was great! Dan was very friendly and kind great response and great to work with! We really enjoyed this beach house and working with Dan! The house was plenty of room, clean, and all the extras were perfect for our group! If you’re looking for a place and have a big group this place is great!! Definitely recommend!!

One of the toilets was broken before we arrived. There were also a number of safety issues. We let the owner know and asked for him to fix the toilet. He did not. He did nothing to assist. When we left, he charged our credit card for an additional 200 stating that we broke his toilet. Stay away from this owner and this property.

When you come into a property and damage it's infrastructure and then get mad and say you didn't do it when you lose that infrastructures function, don't be surprised to get a charge. I sent in TWO crews to fix this macerator toilet during their stay. They found baby wipes jamming the impellor in the grinder. This house has a macerator on the ground floor only. So down there, you can't flush items other than toilet paper. They had several babies in the group, housekeeping had cleaned the toilet prior to their arrival (which means the system had to be function to clean and flush it), and they jammed it the first hour of their stay. I had to order a new pump. It was $1200. I only charged him for labor and not the full $500 damage deposit. Of course, he stated it wasn't them, and that the house had "many other safety concerns" once I charged him for the labor. I won't rent to this tenant again to any property I have.

Great family home

Roomy living area and plenty of bedrooms. The pool was the icing on the cake, giving the kids plenty of water time without the walk to the beach.

Great home for a family. Location was awesome. With in walking distance to the beach. Family had a great time. Would definitely recommend this location.

Fantasic property

This house is great- comfortable space for our extended family of 12. Literally a few minutes walk to the gulf beach and even less to the sound side for an overlook.

Nice place overall. I would definitely recommend it. It needs some upgrade with the blinds and door security, but it is super comfy!

Glad you enjoyed. I will look at the blinds and see if they need replaced. Not sure what door security means but all doors are lockable and are electronic door locks.

Property was very nice. Pool area wasn’t used. Owner responded quickly and very nice. Cleanliness was fair. Overall enjoyed our stay. The property was comfortable and spacious.

Memorial Day Weekend 2024

This house was awesome. I come to Pensacola every year and this was by far the best property I've stayed at. The owner was great to work with, and I had no issues at all. I had a great weekend there and hope to stay there again in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

Good location

The pool looked much bigger in the pictures. It was a nice condo that accommodated us all very well. It did not seem as clean as it could have been when we arrived. We had black feet after walking on the floor barefooted, but everything else was great. The owner met us at check-in and was very personable. That goes a long way in my book.

Beautiful newly remodeled home

This place was perfect for our vacation .. we had 9 people staying and never felt cramped .. the kids enjoyed the pool .. there was plenty of dishes and stuff for cooking and grilling .. it’s close enough to everything in the main part of Pensacola beach .. beach access is a really short walk .. neighborhood was good ..Dan was amazing and answered all our questions pretty quickly .. we would stay here again

Summer fun

Great place lots of room and close to the beach. Couple light bulbs out in some rooms. Needs a little tender loving care with some extra cleaning like sliding door track and ceiling fans. Towels and bedding clean. Towel bars in the bathrooms need replacing. Be sure to bring your own coffee filters, extra toilet paper and garbage bags. Chairs out on the decks would be nice.

Thanks for staying. I only provide one starter set for trash bags, toilet paper, etc.. as the listing states, you'll need to purchase those items after the starters are used up.

Beautiful property and Gracious host!

The house is beautiful and slept our 3 families (6 parents, 6 teenagers, and 4 children) just fine. It was a short 5-minute walk to the beach. The house is on a busy road, but the house is back far enough not to notice any traffic. We did have plumbing issues while we were there and the host, Dan responded immediately. I'm not sure how, when or what happened with the plumbing, but Dan was super awesome through the whole experience. He may not want us, but I would definitely stay here again.

It was okay. It did the job but wasn’t above and beyond. Online, it said check in was at 4. The owner said they don’t open it until 5? Didn’t see anywhere that it said 5 until friends were waiting 30 minutes to get in and I asked about it. Only 1 set of trash bags and definitely not enough toilet paper for 8 people. There was no toilet paper in the basement at all. Didn’t see anywhere online that he said he would not provide any extras, like he said it was posted. No beach towels, tiny pool with trash in it (beer can, band aid, etc.), no seating for the large deck. Could use a deep clean. There were cobwebs and dirt/grime on the baseboards. The rug in the living room was gross. Overall, it was fine. It did what we needed but there was nothing that made this home a wonderful stay.

Nice place to stay

This newly renovated beach home is located conveniently close to the beach. The beach was beautiful. The home is nice. Lots of stairs though. One set of stairs was quite steep. The pool was nice, but a bit on the small side (which, really when you are that close to the beach is not really a problem). It was also very slippery. I actually slipped when getting in and scraped up my foot pretty badly. Also, be careful with the bathroom accessories (bath towel bar and the toilet paper roll holders). They were not put up very well. The one towel bar started to fall out of the wall after hanging a towel on it and the toilet roll holder came off (the screw fell out that was to hold it in place). I would recommend that the owner add more towel hooks. There was only one towel bar in each bathroom. Or I suppose you could bring your own over the door hooks in order to be able to hang towels to dry. I also recommend that you bring door mats. Sand seemed to get everywhere because there were no mats provided. The kitchen was very nice and well stocked. Great for our stay. There was also a lightbulb missing in the downstairs bedroom, but a minor inconvenience. All in all, we had a nice stay and enjoyed our time at your home.

The property was well laid out. It’s small but comfortable for my family and friends. The pool was really nice and a good size. Check-in instructions were sent at the last minute. The host never replied to my Vrbo messages, so I had to call him directly. The bathrooms were not properly cleaned — the showers had hair in them, and we had to buy cleaning supplies and clean them ourselves. The grill needs to be upgraded and cleaned; it’s rusted and takes a long time to cook because you can’t regulate the burners. Bring your own chairs and umbrella since none are provided. It may be out of the owner’s control, but we did see multiple rats around the pool area and grill.

Check in instructions come the day of checkin about 3pm per the contract. That's when this group got theirs and it will be the same for future guests likewise. The bathroom on the ground floor did have hair in the drain when this group checked in, and I offered to have housekeeping return and reclean them.... but the tenant didn't respond. The grill is 2 years old and stainless steel but does gather some rust on the outside given the heavy salt air of the beach but is functional and "regulatable"...that comment is bizarre to me. Regarding rodents, they do live on Pensacola beach and they look for trash and food left out by the people that live or visit there. Make sure you don't leave food or food trash items outside at night.
