This house is amazing! Very spacious! Proximity to bay, beach, activities, & town was nice. The trolley stop on corner was handy for the young adults going shopping!

If we had issues they were fixed. They have everything you could think of to cook with. Had liquid hand soap at every sink which I thought was great even in the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay

We stayed here in nov and there were so many rooms. The space was great foor our family! The activities for the kids between pool and game room was amazing! We will be back!!

This property was the perfect spot for 19 family members who came from 5 different states for a spring break beach week! Even with cold windy weather the first few days, there was plenty to keep adults and grandkids entertained at the house and in Pensacola! Only a 2 block walk to the beach when it warmed up and a beautiful pool to boot! The house is great for this large a group and Dave, the host, was absolutely wonderful to help in any way we needed! Definitely a 10 out of 10 for our family!!

The house was everything you said it was. We were a little disappointed at the baby beach at the sound. The pictures must be older because the access to the sound none of us could walk to. The edge of the water was all covered with like a moss vegetation that had us sinking in it. The area looked like people took boat out in the sound and were swimming off the boats. All in all wonderful property we would rent again. All the kids and grandkids had a wonderful time and never lacked fun things to do.

Great family getaway

Trip was perfect. We had 21 people and everyone was comfortable-plenty of room for all of us. House was great -very convenient to get to beach or town for activities.

Dave was super! He spent time with us on the first night to show us the house and tell us about the surrounding city events/restaurants nearby. He was always available if we needed him.

The house was perfect. We had 18 people stay there and had an entire bedroom unused. The upstairs bedrooms are like that of hotel suites. The pool was clean and warm and kept the kids busy and was a great place for the adults to relax after a full day of fishing or hanging at the beach. Only a 3 minute walk to the best beach we have had the pleasure to visit. The host was very attentive to any issues that we had which were very few. They are also credited with recommending an excellent butcher shop, and using the grill provided, cooked steaks for everyone. All in all it was a perfect setting for our anniversary. Close to everything Pensacola Beach has to offer, yet still far enough away to avoid all the congestion. Would definitely stay here again.
