Jennifer`s Room is a unique, dog friendly cottage that offers beautiful views, an outdoor patio, bikes and more! Enjoy being minutes from the beach, downtown Summerland, Montecito, Santa Barbara, Carpinteria and the many other attractions right at your fingertips!

The kitchenette features a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and Keurig (but no stove or oven).
There is no washer/dryer.
The adult-size bike and garden patio are shared with the other half of the duplex.
1 dog welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific host approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicles in the gravel spot out front of the white gate.

Pet rules - keep off furniture, must use restroom outside and do not leave alone in the home. Violation of these rules or damages may result in a fee.

Home Description - this is a small `hotel-style` unit with a large King Bed. Please be aware it can be tight for some and extremely cozy for others! Parking is directly out front with a `Jennifer`s Room` sign entrance.

*Please note we are dog friendly and these homes are suitable for small to mid size dogs only.

*PLEASE BE AWARE there is a single shared wall with another room. If you are an an individual above 5`10`, you may need to duck your head upon entry into the room.
*Please be aware we have made some upgrades to the unit, including a new TV and coffee area, and the listing photos vary slightly. This is a hotel-style unit and the rooms are not very large. Please consider that when booking.
