The host, the house, the fenced yard, and proximity to the beach were all great. The lift saved tons of time and effort getting luggage and groceries up to the living areas. No special instructions needed to use the TVs and streaming platforms like some places we have stayed. Everything works, everything was clean. Unanimously the best house we have stayed in. Would definitely stay there again.

This house was great- beachfront with anything you could need! There was plenty of beach towels, bath towels, things like plates and silverware. We were a large group of 10 people and it fit us perfect. I didn’t know the bunk room was open like a loft type space but it ended up working out okay. The house was fabulous, owner was helpful and responsive. No issues at all! Such a great and fun place. Thankful they had things such as a first aid kit as well!

Our house exceeded all expectations! We enjoyed playing ping pong, beach chairs available, loved our location, family games, and the house layout was perfect! We will definitely be staying here in the future.

We enjoyed our stay! The cabin was perfect for my family. Niki was excellent to work with and always responded to my questions. I think I left a couple of items sitting on one of the bar stools (a French press coffee pot & a box of plastic utensils). Do you offer to return them? If not, no problem, just use them for your next visitors.Just some suggestions…a few more blankets & washcloths. Also, a few things that I noticed when I arrived. Some of the kitchen cabinet doors were broken, one of the table chairs was coming apart, the bottom portion of the microwave door was loose, the dishwasher didn’t want to come on correctly (had to do it a few times before the read out would show “washing”, & water leaks around the kitchen sink into the cabinet below.Thank you so much for renting to me.

Had an amazing time and the house was wonderful and the wifi was perfect. Maybe need an upgrade on some of the pots and pans but that is minor.

The hosts were great! They were responsive both before and during our stay. The house is beautiful but, more importantly, it was so comfortable that it felt like home. We particularly appreciated all the "extras" such as bath soap, dishwashing soap and shampoo. Those thoughtful "little" things make quite a difference! All of my group loved it and we're going to try to come back in the spring!

Everything was amazing!

The house was exactly as pictured and described (if not better). There was plenty of room. The location cannot be beat. Host was response and helpful when I had questions. I really cannot say enough good things about our stay. Cannot wait to come back next year!

Great time even in the rain

We had a wonderful time even though the weather did not cooperate. No one could have predicted the rain and wind from the first tropical storm of the season but the time on the beach we did have was wonderful. The house always felt safe even in the gusty wind. There were plenty of games/internet access to keep us occupied while it rained. It was a very nice, well appointed beach house. Owner is absolutely wonderful and very responsive. We would stay here again hopefully in sunny weather.

Beautiful House, Perfect Weekend!

We had to best time at this super cute house! It is exactly like the pictures! Very clean, super cute and comfortable! The house is very well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms and laundry room. There are all kinds of beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, you name it, it was there! We took a group of high school senior girls to the house for their senior skip day and spent the weekend. It was perfect, so much fun both inside and outside the house. The decks are amazing! Perfect view of the beach and such a great place to sit and relax. The girls even sunbathed on the top deck when they were done at the beach. The yard is great as well, with a gate to a little pathway over the sand dune to the beach. There are chairs and a fire pit, which we didn't use but nice space to have. I cannot tell you how nice and accomodating the owners of this house were. They made sure we were good and had everything we needed. Super responsive, although we didn't need anything as everything was perfect! Thank you so much for a great time! We will return to this fun house!

The beach house was very accommodating. The host kept up with us and was available back text or email if we needed. Plus, the house was very clean. The ocean view was incredible. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony upstairs or downstairs every morning and evening.We were there to watch the beautiful fireworks and we were right on the beach facing the water. It was a wonderful trip.
