Very nice place. We had everything we needed. Only issues was the ice machine messed up, washing machine would not work on spin cycle and when leaving the door would not lock all minor things. We will rent this place again.

This house was absolutely amazing. And the host was wonderful as well..She was eager to accommodate us and had no issues with our special request. Of checking in early. Very responsive and immediately answers any questionsThe house itself was an absolute delight. It's exactly as it appears in the pictures and in some cases even better. It smelled wonderful. it was immaculate.Everything was nice and up to date. everything works.Nothing was old or dingy. The refrigerator works wonderfully. there's an med sized under the counter ice machine that I believe may not be in the listing. that was really nice to have.There were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen utensils. Everything we could ever need to cook with with was there. Combo k cups and brew pot coffee machine was great. beach supplies in underground garage. Including chairs, ice chest, BBQ pit. Bean bag toss boards and bags. Vollyball net. Plastic sand toys. Etc. You could leave everything at home because this house already has it. Lots of beach and bath towels were provided. There were giant TVs in every room including the main living area. There was xbox set up to ensure all of your streaming needs. Wi-Fi worked amazingly. Very comfortable memory foam beds.My children absolutely loved the mini arcade and foosball table.Beach access is directly in front of the house. Well groomed and easy to use. My family had a blast at this house and will definitely be returning in the future.

Shore Thing is an amazing property directly on the beach! You could not be any closer. The house is amazing, with the owners thinking of everything you could possibly need. They have a stand-up arcade "golf" game which the kids loved! The outside shower, with both hot and cold water was a great addition when the family returned from the beach and took turns showering upstairs. The house has built in ice maker and wine racks which are cooled, providing additional storage for cans which need cooling. The ice machine was a life saver as ice is always a challenge at the beach!

The pictures do not do this house justice. It was more than we anticipated. The house very clean and very tidy. I have OCD and it was perfect for me. All of the beds were very comfortable. There is a mini coffee bar. Loved it! Plenty of spices. Any plate, bowl, pot, or pan you need will need, is there. The air fryer was an added bonus. There is an arcade golf game, plenty of board games, karaoke, and a foosball table. We had plenty of extra things to do on the first rainy day of the trip. Trust me, everyone is going to want to shower in the master shower upstairs. The view of the beach and water were amazing, while setting out on the balcony each morning. It was enjoyable being able to be at the beach right at the house. The grill outside was great for a cookout one day of the trip. They left notebooks with very useful information. Good things to know like restaurants, grocery stores, where to rent golf carts, and things to do. The notebook will not disappoint you. Our favorite restaurant is now Stingaree there. They were very hopeful with everything. We even asked last minute if we could come a day early pending it being available. They were happy to let us book last minute for an extra day. We had thought about stay an extra day after being there a few days too. Their kindness, hospitality, and response is the best we've came across. They will answer every question you have. Worth staying here off Galveston Island. Just feels right! We will be back!!!
